Welcome to Cryptograben: An innovative mining pool featuring slush mining and payment_id support. Location: Germany

Go to page

We are offering a highly advanced cryptonote pool based on zone's node-cryptonote-pool, but instead of just, like many other pools, using the standard pool and let it run with screen or similiar tools without offering anything new (like moneropool.com), we are offering innovation and a stable and fair pool. Despite our low hashrate, the variance is still relatively low, so you won't have any disadvantage mining with us. Admins are Quanttek and LeVoDeCom and the server is located in Frankfurt, Germany.

Our main features:

  • Weighted shares: Also known as slush mining, older shares get less weigthed, so that automated pool hopper get less than honest miners
  • Mine with payment_id: Just provide your payment_id as password (-p payment_id) and we will send your funds to your exchange account. No registration!
  • Low fee with high donations: Our fee is only 0.5%, though we still donate 60% of all of our earnings to the pool devs and Monero devs
  • Stable: We have multiple daemons and scripts running to make sure that any downtimes are as short as possible and so far we had no downtimes
  • Convenient and good looking site: With this custom design we hope we can provide a easy-to-use platform where you can find all important information around our pool
  • Fast support: We've already collected a good reputation for having a good and fast support either for our pool, as CM of Monero or as admins of various other services. Just message either me here on Bitcointalk or one of us on IRC (Freenode) (Quanttek/LeVoDECoM(co-admin))

Wallet:

1. Download the binaries for your OS from the ann-thread: Windows, Linux, OS X or compile it yourself
2. Bootstrap the Blockchain: download the blockchain for your system (Windows, Linux or OS X) and then paste it in .bitmonero (either in your home-directory or in %APPDATA%/.bitmonero)
3. Start the daemon called monerod up and let it sync
4. Meanwhile start simplewallet and create a new wallet. Use a secure password! Then copy your address by opening walletname.address
5. Use 'help' in the simplewallet to see what you are able to do
