Use coin control feature, and select the oldest inputs.
Or try send smaller amount.

I claimed the developer is endorsing scammers. PRELUDE.IO/MOOLAH.IO are both scam exchanges. There are no PEDOMETER WALLETS in production/in development, another scam with intent to pump the coin.
