Allow me to shed some light. This is the official statement from MYR #2 man (being me):

Myriad will undergo a partial rebranding (users outside Brazil WILL NOT BE AFFECTED BY THIS), meaning an alternative wallet with an alternative name and logo will be made for the brazilian people.
Anything Bryce Weiner says should be taken as truth unless discarded by me or 8bit. We are in a partenership with blocktech represented by Bryce and this is going to happen.

I cannot share any other details for now, hopefully Bryce Weiner will make an official statement.

We have to be quicker to the punch of letting people know of news after it breaks on all platforms. Twitter, Reddit, here, the website, etc.

Yes, MS had a very large emergency security patch that had to be put in.  Much rather a quick maintenance than losing coins.

Because I wasn't looking for it, like 99.9999% people - to get anywhere this coin needs to bring in fresh users, real people - they don't have the time to check this stuff out, they may not know it even exists.

Only SHA shoot up 4x, the rest remain the same. Maybe its only 1 big miner from SHA move in.

I don't know, I've been mining Skein and Scrypt and haven't noticed any huge diff increase there, but I don't look that often so I may miss changes.

Could this be the reason why SHA algo difficulties suddenly shoot up 4 x in less than an hour ? Its still holding the difficulties. Big BTC miner moving in before the big raise in value ?
