seems that the problem already been resolved, i'm not having any problem with my claim and its running smooth, regarding if they will refill the Mrai its been a practice after the time of rewards they are keep refilling the faucets, just glad to see that its ongoing and its really working good we just need now to wait until the price went back to 500sat again.

I want to ask a question. I see in service section that people hiring others to claim the faucet with their addresses.. is this allowed officially? I thought it is not allowed but now I am seeing its getting so much appreciation and new people are also doing this.
why will it not be allwed or not ? if people accept to work for a man which cut a percentage of total earning and this man also sell all that mrais with a good price, it is not problem. just think it's like a mining pool.

Dont trade with this person, he is scamming and using telegram problem to scam just avoid this user, all had been warned, if will deal with him just use escrow, protect your money.

Thanks for posting this update I have mine safe,I knew something is wrong with the online wallet,I've used the address to claim in the faucet but it did not arrive,we hope that it will relaunch with and the bugs are all fix.

Can you please let me know how to import my private keys? I can't seem to figure out how to do it. Had some mrai on my webwallets which i bought and forgot to transfer it to my desktop wallet. You'll be able to recover you funds by importing the private key on a local wallet.

Yesterday a friend of mine used the faucet like a 100 times before the payout period ended but his account is still empty.
How long until he gets the funds?

if his/hes wallet is synchronized, after the times is up, he had to get his mrais. I always get my mrais everyday.
I was checking in the block explorer, his wallet is not yet fully synced.
Edit: I sent him 1 coin to check if he receives it and his yesterday's earning showed up right after.

I've used the online wallet address to claim but until now my rewards did not arrive although the transactions,receiving and sending works fine,I will try to alternate using the dsktop wallet address and the online one and we'll see the outcome tomorrow.
