hi,how to backup the wallet?i don't find the backup menue 
You can copy the seed to your clipboard in the wallet by going to "Advanced" -> "Accounts" -> "Backup/Clipboard wallet seed"If you need to reload this seed in to your wallet in the future, you can do so through "Advanced" -> "Accounts" -> "Import wallet" and typing the seed in to the "seed" box. Confirm that you want to clear existing keys and then push "Import seed".

No trustYes but I think they have upgraded their system and there are a number of authentication to secure your account,Novaexchange,Yobit and Ccex are three of the affordable exchange in market,we can easily get into these three and after a month or two we can think of Poloniex or Bittrex

cpu: 6800k, win10,64, doubleclick rai-7.6.1-win64.exe ,but didn't run
firstly it is running background of windows and if you wait a bit time you will see the raiblock wallet window.

yesterday the rate of each claim is 2,5 mrais approximately.
Would be interesting to know the cost to add mrai into nova as well yobit soo we can manage or donate the funds to the developers sell the rai and make the coin reach some good exchange, mercatox and nothing looks the same thing for me, soo kindly try to find the costs to add mrai into exchanges, even not being the right moment yet, we need just some more time to see if all issues has been handled, and admin is working into improvements as well.

So, i was solving captchas in the morning and gathered around 4000 mrai said that pink box, but when i checked later the same pink box says that my actual reward is just 2200 mrai. My question is why i lost mrai if i don't claim for a while?
It is very simple, your reward is an outcome of equation which is number of your claims divided by total coin reward and number of claims done by other users. When you stop claiming and other peoples claim count is growing, your reward decreases. It is all the same for all people taking part in this. Every workers coming for the first time will experience this,when I first tried it I thought that a bug has happen but after reading some of users experience found out that everything is not final at all,you will only know your reward in the last hour of doing captchas.
yeah, but in this way is possible that at the end of the day to receive nothing, so it doesn't seems too fair
