no, as long as that wallet has some balance at the time of the snapshot (January 10)

you'll still be eligible.
it's 1:10 ratio with no minimum amount, so it doesn't matter how much BTC you have in your wallet as long as it's not empty.

Just ratio is 1 BTC = 10 BTR (you may have 0.542 btc, 7.83 btc, etc and get 10 times that amount) and you can register as many addresses as you want:)
