Yobit has scammed many people but coinexchange is reasonably affordable and a well trusted exchange at this point. Their customer service is pretty good and they list new coins all the time. I would think that would be our best bet if it is a new exchange we are looking for.

Hi -
Thank you for your enquiry.
We would require your source code (preferably on Github) and a square logo to add your coin to Coinexchange.io
There is a 0.25 BTC fee for new coin additions.
New coins are added within 24 hours of payment.
While not essential we would also appreciate the link to a block explorer for your currency.
If you are interested and would like to proceed please let me know and I will send you a payment address.
Alternately let me know if you have any questions prior to making a decision.
Kind Regards

This message was posted in this forum on 2017 April 22 when BITCOIN price was about $1200. So it was only $300 to add XVP on coinexchange.io.
Interesting, how much they are asking today for adding new coins.
I think it's 1 btc these days although I'm not positive. Expensive compared to last year, but cheap now compared to most reputable exchanges.
