I haven't spoken to Emeka Okoli since October, when he announced that the xvp coins that should have been burned were not actually burned.

PoW reward has been reduced by 0.2 starting from the block #1051201 and it is now 2.3 XVP --> http://blockchain.virtacoin.plus (as stipulated in XVP coin "Specifications")

- I have created (installed) dozens of XVP Wallets for my friends
