Is this solo mined like any scrypt coin? Will cpuminer work? I can connect my gpu through cgminer but get 50% hash rate and all stales. Any help would be rewarded when I find some blocks

It tells me number of transactions : 3
But only 1 'mined' block transaction shows up in the transactions list.
Whereas I got notifications for 2 mined blocks.
And even that one transaction is not confirmed, so zero money.
