Oh I don't know about that, South Korea is lifting their restrictions on ICOs...

Its a not best market situation for ICOs,but im sure about YouToken,they have good project ands good team,they should be fine imo.

Usually ICOs just extend the funding period until they reach it or they evaluate their initial plan.
