in Russia there is a proverb "the shopping caravan continues the way, not paying attention to the barking of dogs." Way to go!

Hello. It would be wise to get your own lobbyists in the parliament in case of buying such an amount of real estate in South Africa that you’re going to buy. Is this option considered?

Property prices in Italy are steadily declining nowadays. Perhaps it's worth to include it in the short list of countries?

I'm not sure about your investment in China. To begin with, I am worried about human rights violations. Moreover, I’m afraid that property can be nationalized. Maybe Zabercoin would abandon the idea of obtaining local assets?
Situations in which human rights were violated in PRC are things of the past now, it’s confirmed even by the United States. The same relates to possible nationalization - the government takes care of foreign investors.
But there’s socialist economy in the country, and it means that there is a high probability of corruption and appropriation of property. Both of these factors are unjustified risks.
Firstly, PRC has mixed economy, which is closer to the market economy than to the planned one. Secondly, the punishment for corruption is the strictest one, it’s the death penalty.
It seems that China has changed significantly since my I’ve visited it for the last time, besides the death penalty, of course. Well, thank you for clear explanations, I wish you and the platform success!

If the growth of global income in South Africa is declining, perhaps you should postpone the acquisition of assets within the country? I have nothing against investment, but the risk is too high.

Good afternoon. How long will the bonus be valid?
If you’re talking about a 40% bonus, it’ll be valid for another 5 days, but I’d advise you to hurry up.

Hi i am new Zabercoin investor.
Before it, i was read a lot (RxEAL, CryptoBnB,) but i chose you. in my opinion, this is a more successful investment, since the price of real estate in developing economiesб unstable economies is always growing. in my country this also happens. I very much hope that my money is not wasted. good luck for all of us!  Cool Cool Cool

Do you plan to sell your assets on credit or in installments if it becomes necessary? Did you negotiate on this subject with banks?
To be quite frank, we are not foreseeing any properties to be sold in the near future. That is why our research team does a thorough and very in-depth analysis of all possible phenomena before making a decision. Warren Buffet once said: “Always invest for the long term”.
