While all this FUD with child porn on bitcoins blockchain happening now, I want to ask a question. Will ZenPub have some protection from such content? Cause, unfortunately, there are many freaks in this world, how can we protect our Zen network from them?
That's a really good question! We've been having some discussion about how to handle ZenPub. On one hand, we're doing it for censorship resistance; on the other, we don't want creeps to use our infrastructure for harmful purpose like child porn. It's a tough balancing act we're seriously considering, but glad this conversation is starting...
It's extremely hard to do. If you break censorship resistance you undermine the value proposition of a decentralized wealth storage and cash system tremendously. I don't know how this will work out in the end even for Bitcoin.
Who ever thinks internet itself is a safe place should go offline right now and never come back. The main reason government could ban zencash in the future is because of its anonymous/untraceable transaction feature.
Your comment doesn't make any sense. I liked your first part because it is hypocritical to say that Bitcoin is really any worse than the internet itself. The internet is full of stuff like child porn and it will be impossible to find it all and shut it down ever. That suggests that it will also be impossible to shut down a network like ZenCash.
ZEN's price correction has almost voided all progresses made in the past months, it is becoming a great price to buy, especially for those who are paying in FIAT.

End-to-end encryption and internode functions look very promising which can help the Zencash network to stay healthy over potential attacks, and help their customers to keep their money safely online in the network. Due to amazing features of those two, Zencash customers don't need to have cold wallets to ensure their coins stored safely. Of course, they can do it for sure if they want, but it's not mandatory.Thank you for great features, Medaar.
