Today I was once gain in Shato Robert Doms Restaurant (Kyiv, Khreshatyk 24) and this time I paid for coffee and tea in ZEN (Horizen, ex-ZenCash) which is available with Paytomat system.

This time I took photo of 2 bills, the one on the left is in ZEN and paid it instantly from Coinomi wallet.
0.31951 ZEN was at the moment around $5. The check on the right is ordinary check, which lists what you took, for example #1 is coffee (59 UAH, Hryvnya - Ukrainian currency) and #2 is tea (78 UAH)

It is remarkable that not only does interest in crypto-currencies grow in Ukraine, but the opportunities for using them in everyday life also increase. And it is possible to pay off crypto-currencies from recent times, not only in restaurants, but also in the central Besarabsky market. The Paytomat system allows to actively use not only Bitcoin and Ethereum, but also ZEN, which is becoming more popular among Ukrainian crypto-enthusiasts.

Grayscale Investments announced Thursday morning that the new Zen Investment Trust is now open to accredited or institutional investors.

And few additional links:

This looks like a good strategic approach! Of course, even better would be getting included in some of the first wall street ETFs, when they will be approved, but let's do one thing at a time. Smiley

Yea that looks like a great setup. Like you said, probably a good time to downscale or sell rigs before all coins move away from gpu mining to asics, staking and masternodes.

I could be wrong, but that looks to be the way things are going.

That's the way I believe it's going.  It's sad but it looks that way.

We enhanced the Satoshi Consensus algorithm & it is now on testnet!

This is a long-term solution for preventing 51% attacks for all POW coins.

Help us test today!

https://blog.zencash.com/enhanced-consensus-now-on-testnet-help-us-test/

This is awesome development, long overdue for the crypto dev space. Looking forward to testing this out!
All being well, I can see many other projects adopting this new POW protocol.
this is the result of the great team performance, which will foster community loyalty and the arrival of new investors. thanks for the information
You could join discussion here:

Once again please join testing!  Wink
^Testnet miners must update testnet nodes prior to testing the 51% attack protection code.
Please report issues on github!
Happy testing!

Hi folks!

I am thinking to make another secure node. My question is, can I run multiple secure nodes on the same dedicated server technically? Or would I need to buy another one

Sure, with the right configuration you can but I think having multiple nodes on the same instance goes against the idea behind SecureNodes.

Sorry, but can I ask why?

---

For the month of August, my secure node averaged 0.048325 ZEN/day.  The APR came out to 37.26%.  The APR is lower because I have more than 43 ZEN in the wallet.  I started with 43 ZEN back in December 2017.  I have been collecting ZEN in the wallet trying to figure out what to do.  At my current rate, I could start another node in 03/08/2020.

Since any balance over 43 ZEN is not contributing to it's growth, I am not sure APR is a valid metric for this type of investment.

as far as I know, you need 42 ZEN to run secure node.
It does not matter if you have 42 or 80 Zen in your wallet, you can run only one node with 42zen. So you earn rewards per one node, where is collateral 42 ZEN.
here is the difference between a secure node(masternode etc...) and staking. For staking more coins in your wallet means more stake rewards to you.
