I have installed Eleos Wallet.
For ZenCash do I set the wallet to ZCash or ZClassic?
I have generated a private wallet address, however, Suprnova gives me an error: Failed to update your account: Unable to connect to RPC server for coin address validation.

Wallet for zencash is not out yet . You need to wait until the blockchain is live to mine and create a zencash wallet. Anyway to mine on suprnova you don't need a zencash adress at the begining . But i guess your zclassic public adress should be a zencash adress if you create it before block 110 000 so you could use the same adress that you use to mine zclassic .
If you create a zclassic or zcash adress now it won't work on suprnova zen pool

Seeing as the start will now be like 2am where I am I would like to know if I connect my miners to zen.suprnova like a couple hours before the start will they connect and mine once the chain has begun?

First,
I love ocminer but he has enough hash. Please, share some hash with the other 8 pools running ZEN. Here is a list of pools I am aware of are supporting the ZEN launch.

Your info is wrong for suprnova. Suprnova uses username only, not wallet address in the --user. So yours should be something like:

Third
As you've already suspected... You can't mine zen yet. It isn't launched. The network is down. All pools are simply publishing our info now to be ready for the launch tomorrow. That way you'll be able to have all your miners configured.

Bittrex has already swapped ZCL to ZEN, if you had ZCL you have a 1:1 in you ZEN wallet on BittrexSo then this "Anyone who holds Zclassic prior to block the launch event in NYC on May 23rd, 2017 will be allocated a 1:1 amount of Zen automatically." in the OP is not accurate?
