The price point is getting more attractive, I would say  Roll Eyes
Is it really a good time to buy zetacoins? I wish I had a bunch of money but it's not the case...I'm talking about investing about 3k US dollars. But I'm extremely divided where to put my money....
Any help will be great.

Yes, Bitcoin is low and Zetacoin is low.  If I had money I'd be buying as much as possible.

I'd love to see the results of all ongoing projects. Community makes the coin.

The Zetacoin community is busy working on a lot of things right now, but as previously mentioned they'll be announced when close to being delivered so that the market isn't pumping and dumping on speculation. I believe in the long term vision of Crypto and Zetacoin will support that vision.

As DaRock points out www.Cryptr.ch is now live, so if you have adspace for hire get onboard and try it out. See my sig for link (and yes they have an affiliate program)

Added some Zetacoin analysis here -

Was a bit confused about how the block reward got so low so quickly . . .

If you started in August at 1000 per block . . . and we're now in February, that's 5 halvings . . . shouldn't we be at 30/block rather than 2/block?

I like how you gave zetacoin a 5/10 and yet maxcoin got a 2/10 and yet that maxcoin is priced the way it is. It doesn't matter how much you try to make sense of this market, it's like watching a game of lemmings. much maxcoin like wow

Nighty Night Don't Let The Trolls Bite Nom Nom Nom
This is because Zetacoin's difficulty adjustment algorithm is biased towards adjusting difficulty down:

Code:
static const int64 nMaxAdjustDown = 20; // 20% adjustment down
static const int64 nMaxAdjustUp = 1; // 1% adjustment up

The effect of this is that average block time over time is less than the target block time.

The logic behind the difficulty algorithm is to prefer adjusting down aggressively when miners leave to prevent getting stuck at high difficulty, i.e.
rather have a faster network with a shorter block times than having a a network stuck at high difficulty and not processing transactions.

Nice to see you are still alive!

Any updates on a android wallet yet?

No one here has a crystal ball to tell the future. But what is evident is that altcoins in general are exploding and should rise in the coming year, and innovative coins like zeta should be a good bet. Anything can happen, look at BTC today, all down to 1 exchange, gox!!
100,000 zeta on cryptsy now would cost you 2.28 BTC

Bought 100k zeta two months ago and will buy another 100k, I have faith with this coin.
How much it would cost for 100k today and what you really expect to be worth in 1 year?

As a new member of this great community and a new adopter of cryptocurrencies, I would like to know, HONESTLY, if still a good time to buy/invest in zeta coins ? If so, what price can I expect to pay and what should be the value (not crazy expectation please) in 1-2 years?
Thanks for all honest answers.
