How do you market something such as Zeta...maybe promoting that it is the end of alt-coins. No need to create any more. Zeta is here.

Lots of negative hits in google on the word Zeta, so need to start spinning it.

ZET is not to bad to promote. It is easy to promote and sounds like something that would come in a shiny box.

Been mining for ~20 min and haven't had any payouts. Seems all ZET p2pools are like this for me...No payouts.

I'm showing 100 shares in bfgminer and nothing in my wallet yet.

See pool graphs, it should show how many you will get per block.
Block in pool is like every 5 mins so you should get some after it will mature (after ~120 blocks = one hour).
P2pool payout is directly from coins generated in block, so they need to be confirmed.
