I don't know the "reward calculator algorythm" of a p2p pool but i thought it was
1000 (ZET Reward Blocks) / TotShares = 1 Unit Reward
1 Unit Reward * Your Shares = Your Payments.
I Think it's not like this.

Is there a way to help "little miner" on P2P Pool to get accepted shares payments when "big miner" are in the pool?
Now i'm getting 0 payments.

What's wrong with the P2Pool? Stats page seems dead?
Yeah, the stats page seems to be broken for a while (all day today). It's been paying out to me, though, so I'm guessing just a bug in the front-end code, back-end working (for some people)For some reason all the stats on everyone of my P2Pool nodes are not showing up.
Mining is not affected by this and you can still view your stats in the Graphs section.
I will offer Silver Bars for Zetacoins.
The only thing prior to offering this service is Zetacoins being listed on an exchange so I have something to go off of in terms of Zetacoins per bar.
As soon as I see it listed I will setup a post with the bars, images, weight, and how many coins required for purchase.

There are another problems with the pool???
Seems to be doing alright at the moment. I'm guessing it was down for a while and that's why the difficulty dropped to 130, but it's back up to 245 and paying out (for me) now.I can never stay connected for more than 30 seconds or 60 seconds before I get connection problems.. it is weird.
