Looking through the source code, it doesn't seem to be fixed. According to the above documentation, Zetacoin will be rewarding 1000 ZET starting at block #5,160,960. I hope this can be fixed before that.

Fix would be to put a fixed reward if block height greater than or equal to ....

I have given Konen my account information 3 weeks ago. He told me that the new cryptr was coming before the end of October. I told him that I still wanted my ZET back. Since then no replies to my requests. Then I come here to ask for help.

I don't think you're an imbecile. I'm willing to wait for Konen to pay me the amount, if he is unable to or runs off with the money so be it. Honestly, just trying to make your situation better and I can understand why you'd be worried about the funds.
As I told you in PMs, Konen is unable to find your account. There was only two people with funds on Cryptr before it went down.
Please provide a tx id of the money you sent to Cryptr, and I will send the money to your account. I forwarded your last message to Konen, I will PM you his response.

We have been talking this entire time through PMs, and I've even offered to pay you out of my own pocket. Konen as well has tried to find your account on the site and has thus far not been able to find you. I relayed your last message to me to him. If he is still not able to find your account today (late evening EST) I will be sending you the ZET amount you have stated you have on the site.
