Feel bad for you pal. It looks like the OP is inactive now too bad since you don't have any evidence to support you. Was it still safe to play on Anonibet?
Well I've had the account for 6 and a half years, placed 1 bet after months of inactivity (their whole site was down form months due to COVID as well) and got shut down with a ridiculous claim. I'll let you decide for yourself if they're safe to play.  Wink

My account has been closed and my 0.651 BTC has been confiscated by anonibet for reasons of, brace yourselves: HIGH VOLUME OF TRAFFIC.

I've had the acccount for 6 and a half years, I've not had duplicate accounts, never used VPN, never used them from a public computer etc. They are unwilling to comment further on what their accusation actually means, but they're keeping the money. Shame, they were one of the first btc sportsbooks, but now appear to be a pure scam operation.
It seems serious that's the risk specially they don't have license you can't file or sue them. I think you should create an thread about what happened in scam accusation so many people will be aware and stay away from this sportsbook until your issue with them is resolved. You can include more evidences there too.
Regarding licenses, I'd be in the same predicament if they had a, say, Curacao license. I'd equally be unable to present my case before a just arbiter.

I don't mind opening a scam thread, although I believe that anyone who'd think of playing at anonibet would check this thread. I have no evidence whatsoever, they're the ones accusing me of something, and they won't tell me what they're accusing me of.

Also, it appears that their rep has stopped posting on bitcointalk a while ago. Seems they've completely given up and gone full rogue.
Peeps Place from this thread https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/1-ratings-of-bitcoin-sportsbooks-since-2014-kyc-rankings-bonuses-scam-accus-717790 has contacted them on my behalf.

They've made a claim that I've used a bot and have provided no evidence. On their sportsbook I've placed 1 bet in months (the one that got me kicked out) and my betting pattern with them would involve no more than several bets a week, which would be highly incoherent with using a bot.

I think it's sad that more and more bookmakers are putting forward such nonsense arguments in order not to have to pay. If a player places a bet and wins, you have to pay out, done.
Unless it is very clear that fraud has taken place, but that does not seem to be the case here. Also very sorry that they no longer respond.

Dear member,

Due to the anonymous nature of Anonibet we do not ask for detailed customer information such as ID, contact address etc. from our members. In this respect to protect our betting business and safety of users we monitor traffic to the site closely.

As explained earlier, we have observed high volume of traffic coming through your IP, strangely at a time even when you were not online. We do not and can not know what triggered that traffic, but it is certain that it is coming from your IP.

We have a very strict policy on the issue and do not let any player who violates our security rules. Therefore your membership will be cancelled and your account will stay closed.  We strongly advise not to open a new account with us, as it will be closed and confiscated as well.

We would also like to remind you that your account had also been under investigation more than once, for your betting patterns and winnings at Anonibet Casino earlier. In cooperation with our casino providers we did not limit or cancel your account at these investigations that time.

Kind regards,

Anonibet Team

While I cannot find the post in question I have read in other forum that this site was closing.

On their website they do mention of "giving a break for our services for a limited period".
Wasn't the same type of message that we had with directbet ?

Unfortunately, they were not active any longer here.

After requesting a cash out from them once again.

They did a "Balance Adjustment Secured balance" for my remaining balance. I'm not sure what this means... But I assume it means they are annoyed with me trying cash outs and them having to cancel them.

Still no word from my attempts to contact the site...
