Bitcoin Betting opens with a rating of B+

Bitcoin Betting is the successor of Fairlay. Fairlay opened as an exchange in 2013 and the Fairlay website was that of an exchange. The interface has been changed to the look of a sportsbook and making offers is no longer into the UI. Because of this, Bitcoin Betting will be in the Sportsbook section rather than exchange.

When rating sportsbooks there are 9 things to be looked at contained on page 1. Bitcoin Betting is at the top of the list in 4 of those 9 categories. The most important category is security. Not only does Fairly have a clean history dating back to 2013, Bitcoin Betting is now fully decentralized and funds are held in smart contracts making this the safest of all sportsbooks.

Being anonymous is another category where Bitcoin Betting leads. Absolutely no information is needed to play at Bitcoin Betting. Your account is connected to a wallet such as Metamask. Withdrawals are instant making this at least tied in the category of payout speed. Another category led by Bitcoin Betting is margins. BB states that they target semi-professional bettors. What defines a professional bettor is getting the best odds. Most players are casual players betting into 1.90 odds. It's impossible for these casual players to win long term because of the high margin. BB uses the same odds as Pinnacle and limits can be higher than that of Pinnacle.

Bitcoin Betting is invite only for respected forum members at this time, PM https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=3669612. No time table has been given to when or if it will be open to all. Everything is totally transparent with BB. It has become a DAO and votes are published. All transactions are transparent. The volume of bets can be seen Bitcoin Volume Punch in "240".  

I fully expect Bitcoin Betting to be an A+ book. It's best to wait a little time since the current website hasn't been operational for a long enough time.

Do you have a separate list for DeFi sportsbook to easily check whether the casino is already listed or not. To clarify the “DeFi” sportsbook, is it simply decentralized sportsbook or decentralized finance since there’s a difference between when it comes to the feature they are offering.

So far I don’t encounter soortsbook that offer DeFi but I manage to play on some decentralized sportsbook like dexsports.io. I will try to help you too on the list, just sorting out first the centralized one on mine.

If you know of DeFi sportsbooks, please post them. Thanks to Saint-loup for helping me find a few. DeFi sportsbooks are the way to go. There are too many cases of stolen money for accused multi accounting, playing in banned countries along with KYC problems with the centralized sportsbooks. DeFi sportsbooks avoid all these problems. I'm going to start rating these sportsbooks.
