We process all withdraws within 2 hours. Some delays might occur due to the network and we have no control over that.

Why do you have manual withdrawal?? thats not good,  we need to move the btcs fast sometimes and dont have that time.

Anyway i made a withdraw before 22:00 have past more than 2 hours and still "pending"
