You can see the rules regarding Ice Hockey in our terms and conditions 3.22:

3.22 In Ice Hockey, in events where there is no draw option, the overtimes are also considered. For events with draw option, the result at the end of normal period is taken into account.

As you know we process all withdraws manually because all our BTC are in cold storage. It takes in average 2 hours, but delay may when we have some system updates etc.

We have processed all withdraw late last night and some this morning. So there should not be anyone not paid.

Currently withdraws taking too much time on mostly casinos and sports betting sites and mostly saying they are updating system
