I am agreed it is risky for online trade when someone knows card number and expiration date but it is not risky for using at ATM, for ATM only you have PIN code. so, it depends for what people decide to use it, those who want to cash out BTC at ATM, for them it is good. beside it, I didn't try to imitate sealed letter of the bank (mny customers would not know is it original or not) then I said honestly what is situation.

answer for rix: nobody can buy this cards from bank without address in poland. they send cards only to the address in poland. so, I have friend in poland and I got it through friend. I could not order it by myself, if I could, cards would be in sealed envelope and it would be easier for me to sell it.

These cards have been sold online for $19.99USD for a long time.. just google.
Also, you can even order them from the bank itself if you use google translate... 15 PLN each.

Hi, I used bugmenot to login so don't contact me on this username.
I sell the same Visa cards from Poland, EUR currency, 3.5 bitcoins, at black market reloaded, you must use Tor software to access it.
my product listing: http://5onwnspjvuk7cwvk.onion/index.php?p=view_listing&id=4499
As these cards are already opened (uncovered), its too great a risk to use them.

@Dean: When will you get the EUR cards?

The card arrived today as registered mail. I couldn't accept it as I dont want the postman to register my identity card when i ordered an anonymous card.
So the card will be returned to sender  Embarrassed

Dude, you realise that DeanC already has your identity, right? The mail registration has nothing to do with the card or connected to it in any way...

Not my identity :-) Using a PO Box ftw.

I just funded my card with intersango - easy and fast.

The postman only asked me to sign, which I did with a scribble. No ID asked.

Dean: You constantly change your prices. The previous prices were ok, but now you go too high.
Why 10 btc for an EUR/USD card? I would pay max 5 btc each.

Not even 5 BTC. Those 5 BTC when combined with the card limits and fees make it a very high % to pay for € 2500.
Now if you account for the fact that he's only selling PLN cards for 5 BTC, which you would have to pay an extra 2% or 3% because of the exchange when you wished to withdraw or pay EUR or USD, and it's completelly out of the question.
