Limits are:
From the ATM you can withdraw up to 500pln or 150eur or 130gbp or 200usd per day.

And you can have up to 3000pln or 2500eur or 2100gbp or 3500usd at one time.

And you can have up to 10000pln or 2500eur or 2100gbp or 3500usd per yer per 1 card.

And per 1 day you can pay on the internet up to 500pln or 1000eur or 800gbp or 1300usd.

If the cards are truly anonymous, an individual may have as many cards as he wants. What's the point of these limits then?

Charging fees, that's the point of those limits lol

I fucked a little with paypal, they only support accounts in PLN for polish accounts. When I did the verification steps, I didn't properly convert USD to PLN (was rushing) so they locked that transfer. But I did receive the tests amounts in my account using IBAN. With a PLN card you should have no problems getting paypal verified.

I would care more about stupid forum admins who block entire IP ranges... The talkgold admin just successfully kept 90% of the portuguese internet users out of his forum lol
But he doesn't block hidemyass.com which is a know proxy site. Very clever indeed Roll Eyes

lol, well that's surprising, there are few forums i've seen less moderated than that one, it's filled with scam threads where the starting poster wasn't banned or even signalled out by the admins Smiley

I guess some portuguese went there to call out a scam and the admin didn't liked it, so he blocked us all out lol

Really? Go to the top and click on the thread, he's the guy who opened the thread. Maybe he meant well or maybe he didn't read the TaC of the bank well enough.

I'm sorry DeanC, you seem like an honest seller, but these cards have a bad history. Either someone will do something illegal with your cards and the bank will block them all, or the bank itself is a cancer.

I think the above scenario is inevitable, so maybe it's good to warn you all, both DeanC and buyers.

You understand that you only had to sign for the package because it was registered mail and who sent you that mail was DeanC, don't you? lol

Update - I received my card today. Everything looks fine, the PIN code was in a sealed blind envelope. I didn't use the card yet (still have to deposit some money to the polish bank) but when I performed an actual payment I'll post the results.

One thing though, concerning anonymity: in order to collect the mail package, I had to identify myself. Now I managed to work around this with some 'trickery' (smooth talking), so I managed to get the letter without actually showing any ID, but not all postal services may be so sloppy Smiley Then again, I dunno if this is common policy everywhere, maybe it's just something of the particular P.O. Box postal service where I received the card.

I'm trying to figure out if another provider I know that's claiming there's a problem is a scammer, if these cards can be locked by the bank, and if this is just a continuation from a year or so ago, when another polish provider did indeed close the accounts despite claiming he couldn't because he lacked access to the PINs.
I dont understand anything you write. Could you decipher this post?

DeanC, what kind of an issue was there a week ago?

Where can I contact a moderator in pm?

I will try, but I need to figure out the easy way of funding this account. Right now I signed up with paypal and they're sending a test transaction of few cents to it. Also a friend of mine owes me some money from London, and it would be easier for her to pay to IBAN than the US ABA system.

Now I need to test before I go to Canada next week where chip & pin cards are a norm.

OK, I got the SEPA transfer in the card. 24hrs since the money was transfered until it arrived on the card.

Now I'll be heading to the ATM and make an withdrawal and get back to you guys Smiley

EDIT: The withdrawal worked. € 150, which is the maximum daily limit for cash withdrawals.
The CC payment to my registrar also worked. Funded my account with € 100 to pay for some domains that are due soon.

This cards are the real deal, folks. Low limits, some fees, etc., but what matters is that they do work.
