Hey!

Will there be another dip before new year or around the first week of Jan? Last year there was a correction but i am still not sure. I have around $ 8K i want to invest in Btc & ethereum. Any leads would be nice.
seems it is repeating that scenario.look at the chart, prices tend to fall down and not have the recovery would significantly
It looks like the price will drop to $10 k in the next few days. Perhaps this is the right time for you to invest in bitcoin

That's the reality taking place with bitcoin. The price of bitcoin continues to fall without a recovery happening in between, upon the same users who have been with plans of investing could use it as an opportunity. Maybe this will be another year end dump causing a large scale growth in the upcoming days.

I doubt that there will be dip on New year holidays. Maybe later, but not a big one. May drop back to $12k, not less. I also think that once bitcoin will drop back to $7k, but it's not gonna be soon though.
I would say that dropping back to $12k is a very big deal. That's not the case now and people are still talking about bitcoin's dip as it is 12% down.
Bitcoin is starting to pump again and I dont thinl we will experience another yearrice dip. I think the value will play along to $15k - $16k until the end of the year. From my own point of view the price will be steady due to the corrections that happened in btc.
Maybe we freak out when btc drops a bit just because the price is huge and it looks impressive when a couple of thousands of dollars go down. However, perhaps it is not right to consider such drop significant and in this sense the price is stable, even though it is now $12700. I looked through the news and there's no explanation of the current btc drop apart from general things like altcoins becoming more popular and people cashing out before holidays. I guess we have to wait and maybe we can see the price you predict till the end of this year.
until the end of the year left almost a day and I do not think that really bitcoins Can at this time rise high enough. I think that already New Year can be marked by new indicators of the price of Bitcoin. At least I believe in it and I hope. And for today we can be satisfied only with what is actually.

Through out theclast month,i noticed bitcoin price falling down from ATH to $12,000 and then once again increasing to $15,000 and once again falling and regaibing. So i have found $12,000 to be a basecprice now for bitcoin. So,i would suggest you to buy bitcoin when price falls near $12,000.Festival time is also going to end now. So,there would be a huge demand for bitcoin. We could expect bitcoin price to once again reach its previous ATH of $20,000 within january 2018..

It is really difficult to predict the price in the long term. Just buy some now. If it goes lower, buy more and lower buyer more.
Not too difficult to predict mate prices are just recovering and in recovering phenomena this often happen don’t take it as dip and if you want to buy then this is time to buy because I don’t see any major fall coming in the way and millions of people are in bitcoin community and this time prices will shoot up to the good value to give a best start to the bitcoin to get into 2018 and I am sure profit time is coming ahead for all.

Ups and downs will keep happening and even after new year also it may happen for unlimited number of times. We are all having to options to ignore/make profits among these ups and downs.

1. Predict accurately by using many technical analysis and make use of lows and highs by buying and selling frequently.
2. Just hold for longer periods and you can easily skip all the hassles of a trader to make easy and huge profits.

Experts say bitcoin will drop to $ 10,000, then it will fly up to 29,000. Then again, correction will follow, and again there will be an increase to 43,000. I think to buy at a price of 11,000 - 12,000 USD.

The price of BTC is really hard to predict. There are too many factors that will affect the price of BTC in a short period of time, but in the long run I think the price of BTC will continue to increase.

I feel you should have already invested in Bitcoins irrespective of the price, why you would have asked. As I post anytime today segwit2x would take place, had you got btc in your wallet you would have been able to claim free coins, then sell those coins and buy eth, this way you could have eth and Bitcoin, Bitcoin has a tendency to slow down during initial periods but it shall nevertheless shoot up, buy it and see if you can yet get free coins. Another option buy physical funded Bitcoins, you'll get Bitcoins, plus all the fork that has happened.

you have no reason for waiting for another dip before the new year. unless you consider the drop from $15k+ to $14k+ a dip in which case, you can expect this type of dip a lot in the following days as the market struggles to rise up and break the resistance.

but anything bigger than that will cause a lot of alarms go off where people who see the dip will buy it up and prevent the dip to become any big by their "buy support".

as for Segwit2x that some people said here, it has nothing to do with bitcoin price. it is another premined altcoin this time with 6,000,000 coins premined in a series of altcoins just like this with different names. there are at least 10 of them going on right now and there will be at least 50 more in the near future.

It will crash after the Segwit2X hard fork

Unlikely that would mean the fork would have propped it up but as far as I can tell all the volume was normal and the price isn't artificially raised. That being said I wouldn't be surprised if there was a minor correction but certainly no crash incoming.

Who knows, just wait for the segwit before you invest because the price may go up or go down deeper. Its really hard to predict but its ok to be more safe, eth is a great alternative option when you are doubting about the price of bitcoin.

Until the New Year, even immediately after it is unlikely that bitcoin could drop substantially in its value. Therefore, you can invest in it without waiting until it goes down to buy it at a lower cost.
As for Ethereum, it is even more profitable to buy than bitcoin. He now rises well in price and, apparently, will continue to grow. I would now invest half in bitcoin, half in Ethereum.

It seems that we will never see it below 13k again. Maybe close to that level but not below.

With the next fork that will be given before the end of the year, we do not know how the market could act. Bitcoin dawned well today, increasing its price. I will take advantage of the low price of bitcoin to invest, but I would not know if it is going to have another sharp drop.

I think there won’t be any mega dip like the one you thinking. It already had many correction and that was enough for the bitcoin price adjustment. Now whatever you are seeing here is all the part of left over price process and new investment. This is kind of pure investment now and you can invest at this point before it’s too late. I mean the new year is closing hot and people will have new resolution for the new year, they might just put lot of money into it and thus price of the bitcoin may pump very hard. So just have look around the market and make right choice. :-)

Well last year, before Christmas there is a huge pump on bitcoin, however, we have a massive dump this Christmas season so I'm expecting a reversal coming 2018. There will be a continues rise, however, its very slow as what we have seen in the last 5 days or so. But then again, market is based on speculation, we can really say for certain what's going to be the trend.  We just need to be prepared as what goes on, we love to see bullish runs, but I don't see it happening. It will be a slow and painful process to see bitcoin hits $20K next year. We will get there eventual, just a little patience guys.

too many new comers are joining this cryptocurrencies camp recently. I think there may not be a dip but it is not likely to gain any momentum for a sharp rise in the coming period. may be you can wait for several months first to let the recent dusts settle first
