That's right, the gambling you do should be limited, such as budget and gambling time, many gamblers don't pay attention to this so they spend a lot of money gambling even in just one game session. and indeed if this is neglected then there is a big possibility of losses or bad things happening as you say, and in my opinion this has become a common problem among gamblers, because I myself only gamble on weekends and sometimes do this This is because sometimes I get annoyed with gambling that only ends in defeat, but when I do this I don't forget the big risks that will occur so I immediately remember this which makes me aware and stop gambling.

That's what we have to pay attention to, we have to be able to enjoy the gambling that we do, because if we can't enjoy the gambling that we do then there is a big possibility that we will become addicted which will lead to depositing a lot of money on gambling and of course that is a big risk. and we should be aware that with limited capital, don't expect to get a big win, because if you are lucky then the win will come by itself.
By placing restrictions on gambling, we can prevent big losses, especially as we have noticed that this happens to many gamblers, so we have to really pay attention so that it doesn't happen to us. We don't need to spend a lot of money just to gamble because it will frustrate us, especially if we don't have much money like other gamblers. And with a limit on the money we use in gambling, we will not take the risk of losing too much and already know that the more money we use, we will probably lose a lot of money. So instead of experiencing bad things, we should prevent them from happening so that we can only enjoy gambling.

Yes, enjoying gambling is something we need to do so that we don't experience serious problems in gambling. If we forget that our initial goal of gambling is just to have fun, we will only become more and more eager to continue gambling and will forget that we should not use too much money. We can gamble with limited capital to always be within the limits of what we can afford when gambling. And we don't need to follow what other people do by using a lot of money because we can't afford to see large losses.

I agree with you, it needs to be considered because it can lead to bad things happening if you can't handle it. Limiting gambling time is important, including limiting the budget spent. Hopefully we can know the amount of money we can use to gamble, in other words, limit or set the amount. Because there are people who gamble with no regard for this right and make them experience quite serious problems. With those who cannot limit themselves in gambling so they deposit the money back when they lose as you have said.

I myself don't really care about the amount of betting I do, but I gamble no more than 15 dollars, when the set budget is used up then I stop, and come back the next week. I probably spend about 5% of my monthly income on gambling.
Before that bad thing happens, we must be able to prevent it by limiting the time we spend gambling and the money we spend gambling because many gamblers end up losing their limits when it comes to gambling. If they still don't want to limit themselves to gambling strictly, they could experience bad things that could cause them to lose money. Maybe losing money is commonplace for many gamblers. But if it is losing a very large amount of money, it is not worth it for them because in fact, they can prevent losing that large amount of money by implementing very strict restrictions.

You have made good restrictions to avoid losing or having problems when gambling. I also do it because I'm still trying not to use a lot of money to gamble. The important thing is that I can still enjoy the atmosphere in the casino and gamble on the gambling games that I want. And I also don't chase wins because it's difficult for me with limited capital.

Yes that's right, the point is as small as possible or in an amount that we can be responsible for, I can't suggest how much they should allocate to their gambling activities because only they know and realize how much their monthly income is and maybe a little idea is that it is more advisable for anyone to only put the amount of 2% - 5% of their total income and this is also the percentage that I always do in terms of putting money on gambling.

Over-approach is always a bad thing and not recommended, and yes you said it, the fear is that we will fall for all the temptations that exist and look like something tantalizing but in fact it is nothing more than a temptation that appears that will usually only trap ourselves. I think understanding what gambling actually is and how it works is something that every gambler should have because with the right understanding it will be easier for them to apply limits with the aim of minimizing possible risks.
The amount of capital that each gambler will use is clearly different because each gambler also has a different income if they work. They should first calculate how much they will spend and see how much income they still have left over. They can determine what percentage they will use for gambling. If they can allocate a certain amount of money for gambling, they should try to maintain that amount and not exceed the limit so that they do not experience large losses.

That is why we must be able to avoid or not be tempted by anything we see while gambling because it is possible that if we are gambling, we will then think about playing other gambling games. It can trap us in gambling games and it can cause us to use more money, which can obviously result in more losses. We must be able to resist all the temptations we encounter so that we can gamble comfortably and not experience any problems. We must understand gambling as entertainment so that we will not endanger ourselves by losing a lot of money.

I agree with you, it needs to be considered because it can lead to bad things happening if you can't handle it. Limiting gambling time is important, including limiting the budget spent. Hopefully we can know the amount of money we can use to gamble, in other words, limit or set the amount. The important thing is that I can still enjoy the atmosphere in the casino and gamble on the gambling games that I want. And I also don't chase wins because it's difficult for me with limited capital.

To gamble is not the issue but the issue is the preparedness for the gambling activities, many didn't prepare, and that is why we hear all sorts of bad stories about them. Even if people lose in gambling, they can still be fine if they have good plans before entering the gambling house or opening their gambling platform, but because there was no initial learning or warning, that is why they fall victim and it is often late for them to realise this. One of the good plans of gamblers is to know the amount they will be using for betting at a defined time period, they should not just bet anyhow, they should be purposely, conservative and apply wisdom to their budgeting. This is what calls for responsible gambling practice through the right budget, there can be daily, weekly, monthly and yearly budgets for gambling, and the gambler must ensure that he plays by the rules to fulfil them.

After all, it is to his advantage and it will certainly be to preserve his money from wastage. I love to encourage gamblers who love gambling to do it often to limit their excesses as much as possible, and depositing $10 at a go is not a bad idea, especially if one is betting for the fun. One can bet with that 5 times by using $2 in each betting, this will discourage uncontrollable spending in gambling. Also, I do not encourage people to knowingly size the amount they want to gamble with their salaries and earnings, but if you must do so, you should never go beyond 5%. I prefer 0.5%-2% if the money is big, but if it is small, one can still do 5% at most. But it is not such that should be wasted at a go, a good plan and purposeful gambling is also key.
Many gamblers don't know how to prepare themselves before starting to gamble. They think that playing gambling only requires depositing a certain amount of money to start gambling and then choosing the game and starting gambling. No, that's not the only thing they have to prepare because they have to know how much money they can use to gamble and how long they need to gamble. Actually, playing gambling doesn't need to take up a lot of time, but playing enough, like 30 minutes, should be enough for someone to enjoy their free time playing gambling games. This is to avoid more losses and they can also avoid the desire to gamble in other gambling games because the temptation of gambling is so great that it can make many gamblers lose control of themselves. This is where good self-control is needed so that you can avoid temptation and enjoy your free time.

We always suggest things that other gamblers need to know, especially beginner gamblers who often lose self-control when gambling. They still often forget to control themselves because they get pleasure from gambling. They think that they can win some money from gambling so they decide to gamble longer than usual. We also can't compare the ideal amount that can be used for gambling because we have different amounts of money, so we need to make adjustments to the capital we want to use for gambling. Playing gambling with enough money is also okay because the important thing is that we can enjoy the gambling game and not overdo it in gambling. If we can do this, we will not waste money gambling because we are still within the limits we have made.

For me I hardly play gamble but when ever I play, I spend about $10 in a month while some times I don't even play up to $5 in a month. I am not a too much fans of gambling.  my income is about $150 per month and am always sceptical of playing gamble in other not to be addicted to an extent of becoming a chronic gambler. Because to make yourself one is easy, but to pull out will require struggles.
Using $10 is enough for you to gamble because I see you don't gamble too often, so that amount can already be allocated $10. You have to be able to stay like that because the temptation of gambling is very strong and can make someone who rarely gambles gamble more often. This is what we must avoid when playing gambling because it can cause gambling addiction, which is a serious problem for every gambler who gambles too often. They must be able to restrain themselves from gambling too often so they don't get addicted to gambling.

Hello gamblers, this is a kind of survey aimed at getting to know my fellow gamblers better, particularly in the context of sports betting. I would like to know your average bet amount and your monthly income.

You don't need to provide exact figures; an estimate would suffice. Through this discussion, we can assess whether we are being too aggressive in our gambling habits or if we are playing it safe with our bets.
May I ask what is the connection of Monthly income and the Amount per bets? wait let me clear that this is about  Bet average and not the amount of spent per gambling?

My bets only 10-50 cents per bet but if you are asking amount I spend in each activities then that is different amount , mostly ranging  from 20-50 dollars now( but far different when i am still addicted that I can spend 100-1000 dollars per game)

monthly income , that is too private so I leave it vacant.

Low amount bet will help you to Survive you on gambling and bring long fun so 10$ should be a good amount for single bet. i am very satisfied with single bet of $2 on casilo game. it can be more if we enjoy sportsbet. Gambling is basically a fun thing, so there is no need to keep track of monthly income or losses if you use it for fun.  Because those who gamble for fun never care about profit loss, they just enjoy gambling. So of course $10 can be a standard bet.  But the amount of bet will depend on one's financial condition and one should always gamble with an amount that one can afford to lose.
Even though betting in low amounts can help us gamble in the long term, we also have to limit ourselves so that we don't gamble for too long because that can make us forget our limits. We must be able to regulate how long we gamble because it is for our good when gambling. We cannot gamble until the money runs out because it will become a habit where we will only stop gambling when the money runs out. And we will also try to deposit more money because we have found pleasure in gambling. It can also make us forget the limits and we will be triggered to gamble more often without any limits. We should be able to use gambling as a fun activity with enough money so that we will not experience any problems.

I agree with you, it needs to be considered because it can lead to bad things happening if you can't handle it. Limiting gambling time is important, including limiting the budget spent. I myself don't really care about the amount of betting I do, but I gamble no more than 15 dollars, when the set budget is used up then I stop, and come back the next week. I probably spend about 5% of my monthly income on gambling.

If it's just for sports betting I would say that I spend around $30 to $40 on them and I don't have a really big income but it's no skin off my tooth that I spend that much in sports betting, I do get it back though so I'm not that mad about the money that I spend on it but that's not really a thing that happens very often but I don't mind if it doesn't because I know what I'm getting into and I'm not spiraling towards a self-destructive spiral with my gambling so I'm not that worried. Back then I was able to spend more $200 in a month but once I started a new hobby and it's more addicting than that of gambling, it significantly changed my gambling lifestyle and my new addiction (as I like to call it) isn't really that bad because the stuff that I buy will retain if not gain in value so I'm not getting any problems.

It's good if you know the limit of what you can spend on betting. the most important thing is that you don't go through it. we can spend more, but if you can control your betting, the results will not affect your finances.
because you are playing sports betting, maybe the control will be easier. The results are different if you play casino games. games like slots or dice tend to make us go over the edge because we enjoy the fun. maybe you feel that way too. when you have little financial restrictions to play, then sports betting is the best choice.
Yes I know it's good and it does feel good when it comes to being in control of what I spend in my gambling, I'm having fun but at the same time it's not burning my pocket to spend on my habits. I wholeheartedly agree that dice and slots really do make you go over what your initial gambling fund is, that's why I try my best to stay from playing there, it's hard to control your emotions there especially if you're losing a lot of money, you'll get that feeling frustration that will make you play again even when you're winning, you can't just quit because you're ahead and you feel that your lucky streak isn't ending anytime soon.

Tell me your average amount per bet and your monthly income?

When I was at the peak of gambling engagement, I think I bet around the average of 20%-50% of my monthly income. That was during the time when I was still single and the only thing I was responsible of financially is only myself. I know It something excessive for anyone to hear, but as for a person who's not married and don't have kids yet, It could be feasible as long as you don't do drugs and do excessive alcohol intake or any other expensive vices. Though sometimes I went beyond the 50% threshold, I'd still be able to provide enough food for myself and were able to pay my bills and loans. Though I ran out of funds a couple of days before the payday sometimes, but It don't really matter to me. In fact, I am thankful for those experiences as it made me realize It wont gonna be feasible for a family man.
Therefore, right now I don't regularly place a bet on sports betting but I've been watching the NBA the whole season and post season. I'd say I only bet 5% of my monthly salary on average and that includes the slot game I played in the local online casino.

          -   Do you really need to say how much you are paid per month? When I gamble, I don't think about the percentage of my gambling. All I know is that I only gamble when I have extra money that can be used at the casino.

Yes, sometimes it is possible to be aggressive in gambling because I am really looking for it because I also need to have fun with the many worries I have in life and because of gambling somehow I am having fun.

That is very good limitation and you only gamble no more than 10% of your income each month, but by adopting an attitude like this it will be able to have quite significant positive effect, one of which is that you can avoid gambling addiction.
You stated that you are not someone who really likes gambling and you stated that you rarely gamble, and if you can continue doing it for long period of time, the gambling activities you do will never affect the finances you manage.
I really want to be gambler like you, but on the other hand, I quite like gambling, even though I can manage my time and money well enough to have self-control and restrictions, it still doesn't allow me to gamble with quite small amounts.
I have become too dependent on gambling and when I want fun and entertainment then gambling is always the first choice, this may be wrong but I can accept it all and have no regrets which make me experience financial ruin.
And of course you are right that making yourself is easy, but pulling it off requires struggle.

I'm currently just playing casually, my monthly income is only $100 and I bet around $10 in gambling. Maybe you know that my income from gambling is not that big because the capital I give is also not that big, there's not much I can hope for.

Well that's good to know, At least you are able to manage your finances and you have alloted amount for your gambling session, $10 is enough especially that you are gambling casually, and about your gambling income, There's no need to worry about how much you take home from gambling especially since you don't play daily and the capital you've set to yourself is low but enough for your sessions. Also, it's better to follow what you're used to, so you don't end up being addicted in gambling.

I think those who are professional might have set up their bet amount and might have passific income but as I am not a professional gambler I have not set a bet limit and my bet is not always the same or the same space. Also, I usually do not have any profit if I calculate monthly.
