Signature campaign is very good way of advertising. yours website is likely new so if you want a good traffic you should open a signature campaign. Thus, many ppeople will interested to do shopping on your shop.
No one is going to say no to the campaign. Check yourself you adhere to the rules of the bitcointalk forums. It can get you some results. Result is not assured. But you get a lot of people join this campaign. Analyze yourself or select some experienced campaign managers and talk to them.

I voted YES! Because i believe signature campaign are best advertising plan over here to reach maximum people. If you created an ANN thread, it is in the One section and only a few people had visited that thread, but if you create an sig campaign so many people will check your site will buy things. I personally never heared about your site before you had posted this over here
