I would say fans at 30%-35% is manageable for your ears.  make sure the temps dont go too high, 60-65 should be okay.  That way you dont have to suicide yourself Smiley

suddenly i noticed that my hashrate droped from 4.3 to 3.9 and i took a look to the s7 and saw the LED is off on one of the hashboards but after 40s it became on again and my hashrate increased to 4.3

what caused that ?

yeah it drops connections some times.

are you still mining on the site with 250 + ping times

long ping times can cause a drop out of 1 or more boards.

did you try a different pool to see if you can get ping times under 150?

Probably a good idea to load up a computer, go to the command line and start to ping all of the main pools. This will make it easier for you to find the onces with a fasterping speed (geographic location is not usually a factor as different cabelling is used!)
Antpool and Slush's pool are quite fast (these are the ones that I have tested through normal command line pinging though it depends on where you are and your internet provider and speed).

If I have this correctly, computer power cords expect to get 17-26V of power from AC (at te wall) and would also expect to only have 70-100W going through them.

Meaning:
The antminer S7 is 1200/100=12x the currente expected through the computer PSU.

You may have to go to the website of the company the PSU was bought from (not Bitmain) and purchase the correct extension.

As for your computer, the first time you plugged it in, it may ave been connected wrnge but the fact that it overheated means that tthere was too high a curent going through it.

he got a good power cord  with proper gauge his miner now works

why is my hash rate is so unstable

freq is 650 and fan speed is 3,720

is it because of my latency? (I'm suffering from unstable latency)

here is my ping chart

you have a poor ping speed.  looks over 250 most of the time.

are you mining at stratum+tcp://eu.stratum.bitcoin.cz:3333  ?

try joining kano.is

https://www.kano.is/

Mining configuration:
Click on the Login/Register link to register a username to mine with,
or mine directly to the pool without registering, using a bitcoin payment address as your username.
No password is required.

e.g.
./cgminer -o stratum+tcp://stratum.kano.is:3333 -u Kano.worker -p x
 or
./cgminer -o stratum+tcp://stratum.kano.is:3333 -u 1KanoiBupPiZfkwqB7rfLXAzPnoTshAVmb_worker -p x

If you have network issues using port 3333, you can also try:
./cgminer -o stratum+tcp://stratum80.kano.is:80 -u Kano.worker -p x
 or
./cgminer -o stratum+tcp://stratum80.kano.is:80 -u 1KanoiBupPiZfkwqB7rfLXAzPnoTshAVmb_worker -p x

You can also try any of:
stratum+tcp://stratum81.kano.is:81
stratum+tcp://stratum443.kano.is:443
stratum+tcp://stratum8080.kano.is:8080

set your miners freq lower  if you are freq 700 set freq to 500 and set fan speed to 30

check your temps  with freq 500 and fan speed at 30

if they are 60c-65c you are okay.

this will reduce your power use and reduce your hashing speed

you show freq 700   >>>>>>>>>>>>>> drop to 500

the  fans are at 4000rpm   = loud >>>>>>>> drop to 30% = 2800 rpm not bad

temps are 50c really good >>>>>>>> tell us what this goes to after 1 hour

if freq 500 and fan 30% is under 60c after 1 hour
try freq 512 and fan 30%

if freq 500 and fan 30% is 65c or higher

go to freq 500 and fan 35% ======

I set the freq to 650 and set fans to 70

Boards became cooler but the fans speed is still the same

yeah there is a trick to the fan speeds.

65% is full speed.

try 50%  you should drop rpm to 3300 let me know  if temps are at 60 and fans at 3300rpm

i think that 3300 rpm will keep you cool at freq 700

i am making a guess to correct fan speed but i should be close

Now i tested the 1.5mm and it is working perfectly but the fans noise are driving me crazy

It's like Lavendre Town Syndrome  i may commit a suicude

can i reduce the speed ?? its very bad

by let's be realistic, we all know who use poor quality materials, I bought a couple of times by the Chinese, and I am talking about small equipment, houses for hardisk with power, even power cables for psu,
result?:
the houses for hardisk and burst, even burning the hard disk,
the power cord had become glowing, and very warm.
and I guarantee you I'm not the only one.
It is not a question of racism, but make a comparison with other products in the world,
type america, Italy, Germany, France, etc ....

almost everything is produced in China because it costs very little work, that's why they're cheap, but they use bad material I guarantee 100%
my post is deleted now that I know, but the truth must be told.

I'll take an example
in china producing the tomato cherry, which is unique in the world is produced only here in Sicily.
Imagine this product as they do in China?
let's stop by

Think about this comment for a few seconds and I think the humor will come to you.   Chinese equipment..... that is where most miners are made Smiley.

So the gear your powering in almost all case is Chinese made on miners.

The power cable is fine, you do not need a C19 adapter.
