I think that antpool should got me in 24h 0.004 btc but got me 0.002

As far as antpool last 24 hours it's luck was under 100 but if you have been mining 3 days you have made over 100 percent average.

The S3 is not the most efficient miner at this point. You need cheap electricity to make it work.
With one S3 that is not a lot of power you will be making a small profit, if low electricity. You would have to grow to get more money mined. It's not a get rich quick scheme. It takes time and lots of planning.

It varies what depending on luck. Right now I'm assuming you were using your S3 which if it does 440 GHs would get you 0.00475339 at 100 percent.
From that you can times it to figure out what 109 would be.

I feel you are almost trolling at this point. There is no problem with minute miner being turned off. You just will not make money mining. Simple as that.
If miner=on you get BTC. If miner=off you earn no btc.

On pool what is depended lucky percent rise ?
Its based on how many blocks they solve, and in what time period. If they solve quickly they can have a good day with higher luck.
If they have a bad day rounds take longer. And this causes lower luck which could lead to less then 100 percent earnings.
Have you taken my suggestion on reading about pools? I know I have provided a few links.

Again I think something is being lost in translation. If off for 2 minutes you just are not mining, so don't earn any money for time you don't mine.
