I'll add. Never believe in the free distribution of Ethereum and do not send your Ethereum to an unknown wallet to get more.
Don't be greedy with those distributions, not everything that's free you'll start to grab it. Just don't participant such distributions that are requiring you to send money before receiving any unexpected amount.

This is where the phishing starts, don't be too gullible with it and don't input any private keys or anything related to your sensitive information that touches your crypto funds, please just don't.

Also try to avoid suspicious links and avoid filling forms with private data if you are not confident about the company or the project, phishing is one of the major cause of hacks so you have to keep yourself safe.

I believe that this is a complete list of what every cryptocurrency asset owner should know. Unfortunately, the majority does not think about it and believes that they will never steal his assets from him. It is strange that there are still no courses on the use of cryptocurrency, in which people were taught how to do it correctly, because many people repel cryptocurrency due to the fact that they consider it a difficult process!

use an extension that blocks suspicious website (i dont know any extension aside from metamask), this will help you avoid sites that tries to steal your private like phising sites, this would be helpful especially if you can't tell if a site is a phising site.

Don't ever save your private keys to email or any cloud storage. And if someone tries to send you unpopular link, don't get baited by those people. Don't ever be greedy to with such forks that are asking for any information including private keys.

It's okay to store your coins on exchanges if you trade daily and you just put a very small amount. But if you want to put large amount of coins to exchanges, see to it that you can take the amount you keep there.

Hey,

I just read this article: https://coindiligent.com/cryptocurrency-security-tips and it mentions the following as the most important crypto security tips:

- Using hardware wallets
- Using 2FA
- Avoiding public wifi
- encrypting your data
- Not storing my coins on exchanges

Is there anything missing that I should be aware of??
Never try to clicking any suspicious link that has already sent to your email because mostly scammers are using this method to spread their phishing site to others. Hardware wallet is not giving a lot of guarantee to make sure your amoung being safe. Paper wallet is much preferable.
