Yes, I strongly agree that other people continue to study in the forum, you are grateful that you already have coins in your wallet, do not rush to trade. This is a good thing that you want to invest in cryptocurrency. This is actually the right time because the prices of Bitcoin and Ethereum are currently very good.

My advice for newbie are : The should work industriously to achieve to their aims. They should know that before they can move from one rant to another especially to jr. Member they will have to post as many as more Than 30 post. They should make sure that they avoid scams by reading whitepaper of any airdrop and bounty they will be doing. And as well they should not let people use their own accounts. They should protect it and its password.

Hi guys,

Newbie here trying to set up a crypto profile. 1 month ago I had heard the name Bitcoin but didn't know what it was other than a digital currency and had not heard of any alt coins so bear with me  Undecided

I don't have a huge amount to invest, thus far i have 0.13 BTC and 2 ETH, 2.6k XRP AND 50 OMG. I want to keep adding to this and keep it for as long as needed, i  am not really interested in trading as i don't understand this space enough to do that.

Any ideas or thoughts? Should i move any of these around? Concentrate on adding to bitcoin? Add to XRP/OMG etc etc???

Also i have a ledger nano s en route to keep my coins.

cheers
maybe in my opinion it is better to understand and understand all the risks first so that it does not make investors much better in the future, the most important belief and capital patience

Well, if you are here for speculative gains then I would recommend you to spend maximum time without investing a penny and try to understand that how things work because I believe that investing time enhances your potential to improve your investing and trading skills. Bitcoin and blockchain technology is not only about speculation but it holds huge potential to transform our financial as well as non-financial sectors in a fundamental way. Read as much valuable posts as you can so that you will learn more about the whole sphere instead of relying on someone's opinion.  If I wasn't clear then let me repeat, do your own research and do not follow the next guy just because he is earning more than you.

my advise is dont let your emotions affects your strategies. Why? because it will put you on the situation that you will become scared. Taking risk yes but understanding your own actions and learn from it will benefit you more in the future. Always set your target price from buying to selling. Dont be greedy , little profit or more is fine , profit is profit always remember that. Goodluck Smiley

The most important thing for newbies when investing in crypto is understanding risk, as we know that the crypto market is like a roller coaster so most investors panic because the price drops more than 10%.

Better study more before starting making the investments in a cryptocurrency. It is a very risky event if you know nothing about this digital coins world. Explore this forum and internet for the proper infromation that can expand your view and technical knowledge.
Our knowledge and skills could be very usefull to face unexpected market condition.market always show us movement thats not suitable with our hope.so this is the function of our knowledge.it could give us solution to face
it would take a big risk if you invest now because if you heard about the bitcoin in your country i am sure that they says that the bitcoin is not good now because it is still dropping even were on the ber months. but if you want to tke the risk it is good to onvest now because the price is low and you're capital is not going expensive unlike the price before

Newbies are advised to read much about crypto and the market and get the basic principles on which the market operates. Also, newbies must be much patient in the event of fall in market price, there is no point in panic selling during these times because the market always recovers. Knowledge and patience are the two key principles every newbie and crypto enthusiast must acquire.

The best advice that i can give you is that Do your own research bout crytotrading, gambling in case you wanna give it a try, or as simple as you buy and hold. It will depends whether you an investor or a trader. Stay away from HYIps and fraud or schemes that seems to be good or money 10x back guarantee as there is no such things as like that. Don't let others in fully controlled of your money, try harder to educate yourself as there is no such best tool to handle crypto but with knowledge and patience.

Have you bought it last year or early 2018? if so, now the price falls and you get a loss. my advice, don't panic sell, keep holding for the long term. because your coin list is a good and potential coin.

Great you have a hardware wallet to hold them in long term. I think you are already holding some good coins . try to buy more in this low price . and you can do a good research to find some more good altcoins to hold
