Three golden rules:
- Don't invest more than you can afford to lose
- Search for informations to get your own idea about a project
- Be patience
being patient does not always help. many are more patiently waiting for more than 6 months when the market unfolds and their deposit has gone to minus a minimum of 50% and could immediately sell and lose only 10%. Patient should be on the situation

You are a newbie. I think you increased the rank in the previous bitcointalk to participate in the bonus campaign. The higher the rankings. profit as much. You should carefully read the guidelines and regulations for any project you may wish to participate in. Beginners are thoroughly researched on electronic money and are well aware about electronic money. They also need more knowledge about trading and investing in coins. good luck

for beginners, you'd better learn about blockchain. Second, familiar with the encryption market. you'd better start with a small investment. u can gradually increase your investment, after u are familiar with encryption.

Hi guys,

Newbie here trying to set up a crypto profile. 1 month ago I had heard the name Bitcoin but didn't know what it was other than a digital currency and had not heard of any alt coins so bear with me  Undecided

I don't have a huge amount to invest, thus far i have 0.13 BTC and 2 ETH, 2.6k XRP AND 50 OMG. I want to keep adding to this and keep it for as long as needed, i  am not really interested in trading as i don't understand this space enough to do that.

Any ideas or thoughts? Should i move any of these around? Concentrate on adding to bitcoin? Add to XRP/OMG etc etc???

Also i have a ledger nano s en route to keep my coins.

cheers
Well, advice for a newbie I think you should keep reading and doing more research about Cryptocurreny.Don’t worry, you won’t miss out if you take a few months learning and evaluating and trying out how crypto assets work.If you do read enough to want to buy something and get started there are plenty of inexpensive coins/tokens.But make sure Only invest your money which you can afford to lose.

My advice is that they should be familiar and obedient with the rules and regulations specially in bitcointalk. They should also focus on ranking up their account so that they could have better earnings if they are about to join bounty campaigns. And lastly read a lot to learn and earn.

If you are a newbie, I recommend learning a lot of knowledge about the cryptographic market and regularly monitor and analyze this market to gain experience. Timely, carefully select projects to participate in reward campaigns that match their rankings. Do not risk huge capital for investment at the time of this turbulent market.

The most important thing for a newcomer is to study the market, and then start to do active actions.

A good way to add to your portfolio is to do sign up for various bounties.  It's low-risk.  If you haven't already set up a Twitter account and start posting content.  It doesn't have to be all charts and graphs.  If you can post memes or contribute to a conversation in a positive way I think you will gain followers.  More followers means more potential rewards if you decide to do Twitter bounties.  Also, there are a lot of good people on Twitter you can follow for advise in general when it comes to Crypto.

Better just hold because currently market is really low and for a newbie the best option is the less risky one and exactly it is waiting and watching.

The best advice for beginners is to start trading at 5-10% of the deposit. No more. In this case, you lose less money to gain experience
