You shouldn't hurry about investing. You should keep reading about cryptocurrency and try to learn how the things work in the market. Don't forget to observe and of course only listen to your own instincts in the end.
Maximize your participation in various airdrops and earn as much tokens as you can. Also many projects have different bounty prizes - for subscribing to the newsletter or for early KYC completing etc. There are lot's of ways to create a coin portfolio!
As for me, I can advise to newbie to study and learn much about bitcoin, read a lot, search Internet, ask questions in this forum. I did so. And I learnt a lot. Now I understand more. Good luck!

Newbie here trying to set up a crypto profile. 1 month ago I had heard the name Bitcoin but didn't know what it was other than a digital currency and had not heard of any alt coins so bear with me
I don't have a huge amount to invest, thus far i have 0.13 BTC and 2 ETH, 2.6k XRP AND 50 OMG. I want to keep adding to this and keep it for as long as needed, i am not really interested in trading as i don't understand this space enough to do that.
Any ideas or thoughts? Should i move any of these around? Concentrate on adding to bitcoin? Add to XRP/OMG etc etc???
Also i have a ledger nano s en route to keep my coins.

It's a good start, soon those coins will up and you will have some profit on top of your initial investment. You can add Ripple and Stellar to your list, and if you feel daring add Ethereum Classic too. This is my recommendation.
Advice for the beginner, do you want to earn without an investment or having? If not, then ISO. A lot of companies are provided for you my friend, choose carefully. And if there is something to invest then the cue ball rises, use.

I really support you if you want to continue to add coin BTC and ETH you. I also do not trade because it requires a lot of capital. I prefer to join the bounty campaign because it is not complicated and does not require much capital.
Good day! As I could so you're one of the privileged to be able to start with that amount of investment. Usually some new on crypto coming to me couldn't even afford a $100 to start with. With the price of btc now compared to the past years its hard to acquire a certain amount. Just go on with your research. You started fine. Just enjoy the ride!
Good decisions made there its just a start so don't rush, id advice you to take your time to understand the trade,cryptocurrency business is one complicated but interesting field once you grip the basic, you might want to add XMR, NEO AND RIPPLE to your portfolio if the budget allows. otherwise dig deep into the currency you are investing in before committing your money.

Never let FOMO set in and buy when prices are pumping. Prices always dip when they hit their resistance level. Sometimes it takes days, weeks or even months. Just be patient and hodl when prices are dropping and use that opportunity to buy more. Set price goals and sell when your coin hits that price and don't get mad when the price continues to go up the following week after you sold. We just had a big market crash and we will have another one in the future. It could be months from now or years even, but now is a good time to buy.
I advice to stay focus and learned more things about on bitcoin in how crypto really works .Reading such thing and analizing things about backgrounds on bitcoin has the big impact to improves life. Through hardworks will probably paid off. It has something to do what is right . Nothing is impossible what will happen in our life just keep on efforts in composing post and probably it can have knowledge in how to initiate things and how to develop. Must follow the experts to have guidance in order to containn good informations .Sharing knowledge of experts can also guide you for a better investor somedayß
I don't think your still a newbie,as far as I know newbie never know how to buy and don't know what currency is good to hold.So for me you depending on your statement you are good enough to stay in crypto world.The only thing you need to do if you really don't know something is just ask.

you are quite good for newbiee, all the coin you been bought are good coin. i would suggest you to add neo on your portofolio cause neo been so much hype this year. i also recomend you to buy some TRON cause they will launch their first apps on the end of march so i expect sundden growth in march for tron. Welcome to crypto currency world for now keep on reading and researching on how it works here in crypto currency, avoid first in trading because it is hard and lot of time to study the flow in the market and the potential of altcoins.
There are so many advices for newbie i think we can not explain all of them here.
As i know, learning first before joining here. Dont start everything before learning mate.
i think your investment in btc, eth,xrp are quite good portfolio. you can keep holding them for a long term to reach your target profit

It is really a good thing that you have decided to get into this world and there are likely chances of making some very good money out of it. The only thing which you need to care about is that for now, the main focus should be on learning of as many new things as you can learn. Moreover, taking guidance from the experts will also help you a lot in learning more things. First learn and then earn money.
Well, for a newbie you have a good portfolio:) i would take a closer look at what people say about Ethereum if i were you. I think this coin is gonna grow reasonably in near future.
