I believe that the essence of airdrop reward is for the developers of a project to advertise and promote their token, therefore they'll not want to distribute Bitcoin to their perticipants, because it won't add any value to the project. I observed that you've reached full member rank, hopefully you'll join a signature campaign, and they'll reward you with Bitcoin, that is another way to earn and do DCA method to accumulate and hodle Bitcoin. Bitcoin is a valuable asset that doesn't need advertisements, and you shouldn't expect to get it through airdrops.

Is there current airdrop which is also giving bitcoins in addition to native or original token ? It can be a good medium for people with limited savings to accumulate some bitcoins just by doing some tasks.

Not that i am aware of. But there are some Bitcoin restaking protocol that are providing free NFT to their community that can be used for discounts or some premium privileges. Giving away bitcoin as an airdrop is not a best practice for a company and is a very efficient way for them to go bankrupt. It will be expensive and not that efficient when they can distribute some free tokens to their community that can be issued and distributed at a very small cost. It is possible to distribute BTC as airdrop but it is not very efficient.

It used to be, but now with the value of Bitcoin and the transaction cost I don't think they are going to bundled it besides the token they issued, the only way you can accumulate free Bitcoin now is through faucets and if you're participating in signature campaign.

Airdrop is very much different now compared 8 years ago, when you will just drop your address and they will send you your airdrop, but now airdrop is like a lottery contest in the past I participated on airdrop I have to do some task to earn points and refer people to increase my points and they will pick the participants with the highest points, so its not worth it anymore but still many people are participating.

Not really sure maybe you could find that on some cex. But btc has been used now massively on brc20 as source of airdrops of new projects. Ive seen a lot of airdrop there. But there are other use case like in OKX where you could use your bitcoin for a launchpool to receive new project tokens like what is doing on Binance except you need bnb on that one.

There's no such airdrop. The developers will force you to deposite the native coin like bitcoin and stake it for months in order for you to be aligible for airdrop. The developers would be keeping their bitcoin or exchanged it to the stable tokens instead of airdropping it to the airdrop participants.

It can be a good medium for people with limited savings to accumulate some bitcoins just by doing some tasks.
Even if you're getting some bitcoins worth pennies and is it still worth to try to accumulate it? I think that there will never be such airdrop to exist. We are moving to the tokenization era.

Bitcoin is a highly expensive asset and you cannot get it from free airdrops because there are lots of people who participate in Airdrops and few are getting Airdrops who are eligible but no one will wish these days to give reward to the participants in the form of Bitcoin.

But still if someone offers you an Airdrops that will ask about cash and in return they will compensate you with Bitcoin by completing the task then don't forget that such people are just collecting money from you and will give nothing in return.

None.
I'm not following airdrops that much, but I don't think there's any project in the past that aside from their native token, they also gave away free Bitcoins. Maybe during the days where Bitcoin is still new (like 2-3 years maybe or 5), there might be some new projects in the past that also gave Bitcoin as a free token. That is, if airdrop exists at that time but overall, I don't think there's any.

This is the risk of airdrop especially today that in most of the projects, they want you to at least put some bucks in their project in order for you to receive their native tokens. If not money, they want you to spend more time in participating. Nothing against it though since it's free. Is there any who did this? Free tokens + Bitcoins for free? Just curious like OP. Cheesy

Mate altcoins’ competition is bitcoin. They want to outshine, outvalue, outperform bitcoin. They are trying to get the investors of bitcoin to invest in themselves so why would they promote bitcoin in their own project?

If they do that, They would just be generating loss with that I guarantee you that Grin

While so don't you don't labour in vain because you're trying to boycott an alternative for an easy way, I'd suggest focus and stick to the one main legitimate before being a victim. Hence we can always Invest what we can afford it it's to accumulate bitcoins on gradual process.
But anyhow, while I might not be to timid or misunderstanding your quest of request Op, either you're aware or not, I'd remind or recommend you to Satoshi token which is as well part of bitcoins fraction and can also be earned in an airdrop projects.

I have never heard of airdrop farming that gives bitcoins in addition to the original token. Is bitcoin cheap enough to pay for work maybe pay bitcoins. Cryptocurrency traders create a new token in the market and they want to start trading with this token. And for starting this business they airdrop to breed their token market and increase their users basically by starting a project and airdrop to increase the user community of their project.

Why would any other crypto project airdrop Bitcoin, which is more valuable than their native token? Do use some common sense before creating such topics as this is 2024 and not those initial days when Bitcoin was cheap and easy to mine. If you want Bitcoin for some work then join a bounty campaign wait for the tokens to be listed, and convert those tokens to Bitcoin by selling them. Although Bounties are a waste of time due to the fact that most of them are scams and only a few hit the market.

definitely no project are giving bitcoin reward to people, instead they are seeking bitcoin themselves, new project like bounce bit, bevm, BOB and the like which i think self proclaim themselves as the L2 of bitcoin are seeking bitcoin from people for staking, don't know what the reason behind it but they are definitely trying to gather as much bitcoin as they can from people so they definitely aren't gonna give rewards in bitcoin.
instead its more likely that you yourself are the one that gonna lock your bitcoin and get their native token along the way, like mentioned by people its more likely the old airdrops that are still giving bitcoin for finishing certain tasks.
nowaday? not anymore, these project find more worth in giving out native token because they can get big share for their own allocation.

Before you'd see a lot of them. Circa 2016-2017 but not anymore today.

It can be a good medium for people with limited savings to accumulate some bitcoins just by doing some tasks.
If they want to save Bitcoin and they're into tasks and airdrops, they all have to do is to decide whether to sell or not those airdrop tokens they receive. Most of them are tradable nowadays because of the upcoming bull run so it's easier for them to do it on their own.

I'm not sure if I understand this correctly. What you are saying and asking in this topic is if there are still Bitcoin airdrops that give rewards. If my understanding is correct, what I can say is that I have not seen any airdrops that are also bitcoin rewards when you complete the task to become eligible participants in the airdrops.

Because most of the airdrops are what their coin projects are, they pay their own coins or tokens as rewards to those who will participate in them, and almost everyone does it that way.

There is no more that type of airdrop anymore that has some bitcoin on it. What people do is they join airdrops and sell their profits and converts it into Bitcoin.
So, if you're jackpot in an airdrop that you have participated. That's all you need to do, sell them for profit and buy Bitcoin and that's how you get some btc as you save.

i haven't really known about any of the airdrops which provide btc.. but there is a protocol called gosats which provides sats. on your expense done via there card....
but if you are really looking for some great airdrop you can definitely check out herox.app as they are having a big event their LBP(liquidity bootstrapping pool) by which they would be able to have great exposure to the financial market and also they are built on Blast_L2. so yeah chances of some huge airdrop is maximum....

Airdrops are usually done because the developers are trying to attract investors that otherwise might not be as interested if the token weren’t free. It’s basically a method of promoting and not really meant to benefit the investors right away.

Bitcoin as you can see do not need all that promotions because a lot are already scrambling to get one. If one were to give bitcoins for free, everyone would want to get some and whoever is giving it away for free would just be basically losing money.

I don't think there's an airdrop with that because the essence of airdrop right now is giving tokens and these tokens are new cryptocurrencies and not Bitcoin.
Maybe you mean is doing some tasks and they will pay you Bitcoin? I think there are already a lot of like this, especially some offer walls, surveys, etc.

I think there's no airdrop giving side rewards in bitcoin to there participants since what I commonly seen on a lot of airdrops I participated is they only pays with their native tokens even if you join on early phase of their activities. Also for sure those owners want to save up expenses and they don't want to pay their participants directly without getting anything from their project. Since what usually goes with airdrops are those scams and only few of them are legit.

So if you want some bitcoin maybe try to participate on any btc paying campaigns or task here. But if you don't have a choice then maybe joining a lot airdrop campaigns and task maybe will give you a more nicer result so spend some time on it and exert extra efforts so you can spot those possible gems in ocean of scam tokens.
