I doubt there is, I mean even if you got native token as a reward you can easily convert it to bitcoin though, there are indeed some airdrops that require staking certain amount of bitcoin wrapped in another blockchain that got smart contract capability but they just offer their own token as the reward, there is definitely no project that offer the thing that you just described.
but there are certainly some other way where you can earn profit in form of bitcoin I guess, by minting runes for instance where nowaday its the trend you can mint with just paying the bitcoin fee and then sell the runes for additional bitcoin but it does involve speculation that is the money required for minting to pay gas fee sometime high so you should make thorough analysis.
maybe you might find such program in exchange that offer things like that in certain occasion though.

Is there current airdrop which is also giving bitcoins in addition to native or original token ? It can be a good medium for people with limited savings to accumulate some bitcoins just by doing some tasks.
Days are gone when you can get free Bitcoin by doing nothing or little tasks. Any platform that promises airdropped Bitcoin might be a scam, so you need to be careful dealing with them. Bitcoin is now a big-time investment that you cannot acquire by airdrops. Just like gold, you will have to mine, buy, or offer services to acquire Bitcoin.
I will suggest you focus on legitimate means of getting Bitcoin rather than rely on free gifts which are likely non-existent. This forum and a few others are platforms where you can earn Bitcoin. I can see that you have offered your signature space for rent for some time and have not gotten any offer. I suggest you keep contributing to the forum so that you can be accepted in a campaign.
Investing in Bitcoin is not a must because some persons might not afford it, however with determination, one can accumulate by applying the DCA method.
