Yes you are right that mate once the programmer of the sites can not operate well then I'm for sure there are many people can use cheat in order so win and that's a big problem once a casino have a problem from thier programmer. You can check megapari ^[1], they have both android and iOS apps but they aren't on official stores yet so you have to download manually, reason given was that they are in beta.

There is one app popping-up when you search the term 'megapari' on Google store however it appears to be some quiz app, not even sure if it's official.

Google probably does the best they can in order to filter the apps that are malicious from the ones that are inoffensive, but at the same time there are so many apps released each day that it is impossible for them to identify every single app out there that is malicious, this is why we need to also do what we can to identify those apps and avoid those that come from the casinos we have never heard of and only download the official version which is promoted on the casino of our preference.
