For me I'll prefer to use the browser than installing thier application as I know that some gambling casino are accessable in browser. The comparison between computer and phone will depend. If the computer is powerful enough then it better than the smartphone but a standard smartphone nowadays can be on the level of a regular computer and I think they are sometimes more powerful than it.
