[I'm using the latest Android phone released in 2021, I can't mention the brand but for sure I feel comfortable using it. When I download a casino application and it harms my cellphone, there will be a notification if it's dangerous.
yes, it might be easy for people who already know the way to learn if an app is harmful or not. but I don't have time for that and rely more on notifications from my phone
That's fair. I used a few Xiaomi phones in the past with their own security software. Most of the time it doesn't really help since I can still download fake apps from Play Store, probably because they use Google internal filtering on apps to filter out which apps require multiple permissions and so on.
That's the point, why do we need an application while we can play most of online casinos with browser in our phone. I do even doubt that an application will give gamblers a better experience than when gamblers play with common used browser such as Chrome.
The only reason I can think of is privacy (which can be solved via incognito probably), or a better user experience if the web page looks terrible on mobile web browsers. I don't think the majority of website has that problem though since bootstrapping is very popular these days. Unless a user accesses it with a very outdated browser, most of the time they will never have any problem with it. CMIIW.
I know some casinos has there apps on play store for users to easily download it there and make use of it. Some have a strong team and developers that create an exceptional softwares making customers experience to be intriguing.
Not surprising since Google allows it as long as your country allows it. Sadly it won't help you filter malware impersonating other apps since Google is really terrible at this.
