well clam is fairly new alt coin right.

i just heard about it a week ago, so i expect it to be picked up more once people play more on just dice im pretty sure.

It is not that new. I mean it didn't come up last week.

Yeah, there is much speculation about it. So, I wondered, whether I could use CLAM anywhere else

Does anyone have an idea on what clam converted to btc was before JD launched with them and the current rate as of right now?
Its at 0.008 on poloniex right now. Hoping to see more sites accepting it. Definitely a big pump happening.

I think it was somewhere around 0.0005. Now it's at what, around 0.008? Whoever held is gonna do very well if they get out at the right time.

EDIT: Actually you can check the chart here: https://poloniex.com/exchange/btc_clam

Interesting, thanks.

But how can a coin that was given away, primarily to the exchanges, be valuable?
I mean I have a few, but don't really know why they are exploring in value.

clam is almost only owned by exchanges in large amounts, really not well distributed, no good future for it imo

Agree with you! Clam is just another shitcoin! Only JD is accepting this coin?

Don't reach conclusions like that.
Do a little research and you will know why the market is very speculative about it.

Yeah, JD is the only dice site accepting it right now.

Maybe clam was a shitcoin, but now it is listed by JD, it is not a shit anymore.

I want to buy things with CLAM if I managed to dig my CLAM. Cryptocurrency should not be used for gambling only.

the reality is about 75% of bitcoiners are gamblers  Undecided

No, I disagree with that, it's only 50% of the btc moving on the blockchain is being sent to btc gambling sites

I know only of JD now.

Are there any other sites accepting CLAM deposits (now/plans for the future?) ?

THere is no other site which accepts CLAM right now, but a lot of exchanges might pick up the coin soon enough.
I think one other exchange already has.

At present I have only heard of other sites considering it
Like fortunejack

Thank you for the suggestion. We are considering adding 3 more coins at this point. Please keep posting suggestions and our team members will analyze all of them.

Also we plan to do a poll on FortuneJack on which coins to add.

Are you considering Clam too?

Yes, Clam is also under consideration based on our users suggestions.
