A misunderstanding? You were trying to sell access to creditcard details you stole (see ref link on your feedback). The fact that yobit accepts and pays for scammers as well as spammers is just another reason why it's a joke of a campaign and needs forecably removing.

Most are not acceptable to the members have negative feedback. But you can still find somewhere a few campaign accepted.

there is nothing he can do as of now as he have red trust, he can only join yobit and earn that little amount they offer or just like what you said he should ask to remove the feedback but i doubt it will be removed
Either the negative trust you got was wrong or not yobit is the only signature campaign that will accept you.

I have also seen some people with negative trust promoting yobit signature campaign of late.
No, I seems there are currently no campaigns which accept members with negative trust (no matter if they gained the negative trust or not). There were one or two campaigns some time ago.
With Yobit signature campaign you can withdraw daily. Hope you can earn something.
