I put in no less than 300 hours exposing Matt Carson, yet others still ordered. Recall, the dude ripped off his own mother to the tune of $20K USD, do you think he gives one shit about anybody on this forum?

Consider the outfit that Matt's part of now a scam as well, for its owner publicly defended Matt Carson.

On a side note, after thousands of hours exposing BFL, a court order was issued due to my efforts. Sadly, it was against me, Mr. So Isolated.  Cry

good luck on that coz most didn't continue because of lots of money involved to file a legal action.

Filing a small claims lawsuit in Colordao is done online and costs about $100. If you live far away, the biggest cost would be attending the court date as that has to be done in person. Phone calls, emails, all those they can (and do) ignore. Lawsuits they can't ignore. If you just ordered an X1, then yeah, you're kinda screwed. But people with X3 or larger orders would make sense.

is possible for a claimant or even a group of claimants to have someone represent them in Colorado on the court date?

I bought 2 x'1's to get the 3rd free. At this point I will await any class action news. Pretty sad Minersource was really quick to take money and not deliver. I have tried calling Matt several times and get VM. Support is no longer replying to my emails either. I have also been blocked from posting to FB.

Looking for some help here. I moved couple months ago and updated this on there site along with an email to support who replied stating it was updated. I got email couple weeks ago saying my x1's have shipped and shows my old address. I emailed support many times to contact me and finally got a reply only stating they shipped to correct address. I have tried calling Matt have sent more emails to support with no luck. I went to my old address and talked with them and they said that something came for me and they said I no longer lived there. I never got tracking number and an at a loss on what to do next. Any advice well be great.

I just called and Matt asked me who it was and then I told him I would like to speak to their legal department. He then hung up on me and shut down his phone... now it's going to voicemail.

Minersource and Blackarrow are working together right?

Cause I am building a class action Lawsuit against them both for theft.

I do have my suspicions... at the very least I think he's more involved with BA than he lets on.

Regardless, MinerSource at thieves and liars. I regret having heard their name and ordering from them... never again

Not really. MS is simply a reseller of BA hardware. BA screwed up, which put MS in a bad position, but MS has chosen to make things worse by denying refunds, uncommunicative, etc.

I have been trying to get someone in Minersource to give me any kind of status on a preorder that I placed int September for Octoberfor delivery. I paid for the item with BTC and received an email with a receipt for the money. But still no response on any of my emails. Not even a status report. Has anyone been able to reach these people?

I guess that is really old problem now and you might update your primary post to let us know if you got any response from Minersource.net or you are still waiting?

Hi all,

I really didn't want to do this, but I feel compelled to start a new thread to find out whether people have had any luck contacting Minersource recently.

I've posted in another old/archived Newbie thread but I can't seem to reply to it any more.

Since the beginning of the year, I have been tearing my f***ing hair out trying to contact someone at Minersource regarding an update with my order. Long story short, after paying for the order on the old site, it is now showing my order as cancelled, and I have no way of checking progress of my order on the new site, as my order has not been migrated across.

I preordered for despatch on 24th February, but I have no goddamn idea whether my order has been successfully received. It's been paid for (which is great!) but I have not a clue whether it is going to be shipped in Feb or not.

I have emailed Minersource relentlessly(!) but not received a reply. I've tried contacting bobsag3, and have been asked for an order number. That was over a week ago, and now my PMs aren't being replied to.

Minersource - sort it out! All I want is an order update. You're happy to take my hard-earned cash but at least show me the courtesy of giving me an update with my order please. At least confirm you've received my payment and confirm my order will be shipped.

I appreciate you're busy, but take a few minutes out and have the decency to reply to my messages (please).

Im currently having issues with their customer service. Late responses to emails, vague answers to tech questions always referring to their "troubleshooting" link. I purchased an Antminer S1 with a faulty fan that would consistently turn off and on and make clicking noises and had to pay out of pocket to return the entire unit as per their request even after offering just a replacement fan which I would have been ok with. I asked if there was any compensation for having to drop another 16 bucks to return it and out of nowhere the support email says...

"Sorry, but our policy has always been buyer pays return shipping to us, and if the item is defective we will pay to return the new item, and if it is not defective the buyer pays for the return."

Not only is this "policy" not stated anywhere on the site, I did not even receive an
invoice with the shipment. I think it would be a lot smarter to be a bit more transparent about said policies instead of pulling them out of thin air or using it
as an excuse to not be responsible for selling new or used items.

Im pretty sure once my RMA and the extras they promised me are hopefully fulfilled
I wll no longer be doing business with them. I even contacted Bitmain themselves and
they confirmed that Msource is not an affiliate or licensed reseller that I should just purchase from them in the future which is probably a smart choice.

I don't want to detract too much from the above post... apologies this has happened. As tough as it might be, I don't necessarily think it's worth going on a vendetta against Minersource. I had the same frustrations at first, mainly because they weren't particularly upfront about the delays they were experiencing. But ultimately, I'm not here to dictate what others should and shouldn't do  Lips sealed

I've just spotted the 'new' new Minersource site, so we're now on version 3 I believe?

It mentions that previous orders for the Prospero X-miners are being migrated over to the new platform. Has anyone that placed an order on the 'BigCommerce' platform had their Prospero orders migrated across yet? (i.e. receiving an email invite for the new site?)

Cheers  Smiley

I don't recommend minersource.net.

First up, I'm disappointed that it has close to A MONTH for my order to come to me.  Matt @ minersource told me on March 12 that my order was shipping that night and it didn't go out until close to 10 days afterwards.  USPS records show that.

Second, they didn't ship U2 miners as we agreed, they shipped U1 miners.  We had agreed that U2 miners would be shipped, given the reduction in price for the U1 miners while I was waiting for the deposit to be confirmed.

What's most disappointing is that they responded to me while the money was pending but now that they have my money they are silent and did not ship what I asked for.

I won't be using them store again and I will be spreading the news that they are unreliable.  Not that it makes any difference to them at all as they don't seem to be responding to me.

If this were Paypal I would be asking for my money back.  It's stores like this that make dealing over the Internet a risky one, and probably why Bitcoin isn't going to succeed as a currency.  Their store doesn't give people like me any confidence in doing business with Bitcoin.

Very disappointing.  Angry

I've never really had trouble getting in touch with them, they weren't as prompt about their delivery as they said they would be, but they got me an S1 and PSU (albeit about 5 days late)

I've a problem with minersource.net, i've sent the money by wire transfer with the order number, but when i ask them to verify. They tell me they have not received the money :/
my bank tell me they have the money since the 11 march!

The support has always reply to each of my questions! they are serious i think.

I was wrong, they just received the money today!, now I hope I'll receive my order quickly!

Yeah, it looks like Minersource are getting their act together. I emailed them this morning for an update (I sent a new email as opposed to a 12-long email chain) and got a response by midday.

I don't want to say it's luck of the draw as to whether your emails get answered, but I was very surprised (and tentatively impressed) that it seems like they're finally getting a grip on their customer service.

Nice one Minersource, most pleased you got back to me so quickly.  Cool

I just got my full refund for a gridseed that din't ship on 3/14.  The guy definitely responds by email and it is definitely a legitimate company.
If someone is having an issue than I doubt it is because of this company.
I would be surprised if any other retailers actually issue refunds 1 business day later.
Great company.
