So that's it is it?  They still have their website up and our money and not a single word said about it since June!

We need to do something!

What makes you think, that I'm waiting for the phone calls? I asked, if anybody called the phone number, stated on the website.

Any calls from these freaks?Huh?

why would you expect a call, if they scammed most of their customers?

if anything they will do the same thing with another name and different website setup.

Their web site is still up, and I bet they are still taking Bitcoins. If you are a victim of their fraud, do two things:

a) contact Action Fraud and report them: http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/ ; and,
b) email [email protected] which is their web hosting provider and let them know that Bitcoin Cloud Services was a phishing/fraudulent site.

That is about the most I know to do at this point. I'm out about 3200 USD - and I know there are a LOT more of us out there. Just look at the payouts from 1BTCPayb5AdF8fSsR7oews2PpuVpRtamk6 and see that there are HUNDREDS of us.

They have not taken down their site yet

All the negative feedback has been erased from their site, obviously they are waiting to scam more people

Apart from CryptoCoinsNews no other bitcoin news site has posted anything about BCS scam Huh

I have contacted one of the authors of CoinTelegraph and requested him to publish about this scam

I do not think there is any hope for people who have been scammed by BCS, but this will at least prevent people from getting scammed in future Smiley

No,  we are not a scam.

You did provide us a TXID and you claimed you sent the funds to an address, we got in contact with Bitpay and this address is not controlled by us or by Bitpay.com,  our payment processor.

You sent the funds to a wrong address and it's obvious we can't cover you for it.

I copy here the conversation we had with Bitpay.

Hello.

A customer provided this transaction ID
4055e93b5a5bccac57df4e31894f7d562cd08da3bccfb13c3973286c1c726fdd

I don't see any record of this transaction in our account.

Can you please tell me if this transaction ID is associated to any of our invoices?

Thank you.

Mark Tur August 10, 2014 05:34
Hello John,

The transaction ID you provided me is not associated with any of our invoices, and the destination address of the BTC is not a BitPay address.

Let me know if there is anything else I can do to assist you further.

Thanks,

Mark Anton Tur

UPDATE: Just confirmed that it's the same Tur. I wonder if he purchased the weed via Tor from SR. He was into Bitcoin during the timeframe of his arrest and charged with a felony. Surprised to see him employed at BitPay. I wonder if he handled the BFL money laundering account.

UPDATE 2: Why was BitPay's COE pumpin' the GAW shit? Mark Tur is Atlus: https://hashtalk.ch/topic/22860/daily-payout-rates/2

Today Cryptocoins News (CCN) has published a story about their advertising of Bitcoin Cloud Services, apparently to do a full disclosure.

Hi People,

I have 3 contracts latest from sept 2014 and they paid since 7th June. But from beginning I knew nearly 90% that it is Ponzi Smiley I got my ROI nearly in march this year and I am not surprised they are down now. There is thousands ponzi schemes in web and I am pretty sure there is not ANY REAL clud mining systems in web. And no any lawyer helps you people, I am sure.

I have to run now,  but if you are in London or have contacts there maybe you could find a lawer,  then we could try to contact every Bitcoin Cloud Services customers in order to could go forward with the legal process.

If not have any contacts I could talk with my brother in order to could find me a lawer in London. Is better if we could go all togueter.

I am an spanish BCS user. It is extremely suspect the lack of answers from these guys. I think too that we have to go all together...is there anyone from london here?

Well the supposed owner was interviewed just recently.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DAjzhILv_TU

I am moderately surprised that he would show his face directly in a video.
I believe this also means he traveled to Japan at some point. His paper trail must be
a mile long, but it may be possible to find him.

Its not just them, its just cloud mining in general should be viewed carefully.

If you dont, then chances are its a higher form of a ponzi.

I paid them for small contract couple days ago for test. It's look really bad. Facebook profile is down. Any info on official website about technical problem will be appreciated.
