This is my main concern it's hard to convince a friend to play online gambling because he prefers to do it in actual or in a physical place. I've tried it to one of my friends for some reason he opts not to do online gambling because of financial problems during this global crisis happening. I believe that in the next few weeks many people and companies are going to have to adapt.

It takes months maybe even a year for big companies to have a license to operate in a determinate nation where a lot of laws are operative.

Every one of us has our own decision and giving precautions can make your friend more cautious about what he is doing. Inviting is not bad though as long as you know that the certain person can control himself on a bad situation.

You talk about vice versa of what OP is describing? I guess the exact opposite of current situation may not happen as we do have multiple online gambling houses are available. Even if there will be a problem in internet connectivity across continents, I guess most gambling houses are keeping servers on clouds which rarely go offline within a continent access.Other than internet problems, I cannot imagine about a situation where online gambling houses go inaccessible but physical casinos are open. I guess online gambling houses are with more number of gamblers right now as most business are taking place from home and people might be spending time on gambling regardless of their workload and corona crisis.

Not yet, of all the people that I know that gamble all of them prefer the whole experience of playing in a physical casino, you must remember that in a casino you not only gamble, there is a restaurant where you can eat, some shows you can see and in the bigger ones you can even stay there as in any other hotel, and obviously that is impossible to replicate in an online casino so I have been unable to convince any of those people to try online gambling. indefinitely, I'm sure a lot of gambling casinos are open to playing in online casinos at this current situation.

Gambling sites and casino are going to adapt to this lockdown or crisis that we are facing.
People who are physically gambling will soon be able to know and to try to play casino online. If they really wanna play they will find a way to do it.
But there are gamblers who are not very much into the internet they only know Facebook for socializing and nobody introduces them yet to this online gambling stuff, but if they have an active online player in these online casinos things will be much easier and they can do it funding betting and set up strategies in hours.

I don't invited my friend to play online gambling because even me, I do not usually play online gambling or even real life gambling, I only played once a week, something like that, because I know that there is no good things that this gambling can give to me, yes it can give me money and happiness sometimes, but I think for me that is not enough reason to stay on gambling.indefinitely, I'm sure a lot of gambling casinos are open to playing in online casinos at this current situation.
I tried to let them know that gambling is not a money making strategy because I already experienced a lot of losses. I warned them that instead of playing gambling, they should just invest it to a coin and let their prediction will be the key for growth. Gambling is never an option if you want to grow your money, but businesses and investment for an altcoins such as ETH, DEX, and etc., will do. As the bitcoins price is very low right now, maybe it is due to the Covid-19, we have nothing to do but to be patient and learn some other way of making profit such as trading instead of gambling.
However, my friends believed in me and they invested their money in more valuable things and they don't let their greed and urge to gambling ruined their money. I think even before the pandemic happened, I am asking a lot of my co-teachers to paly, not invite but kind of joking at them about it and they don't like to do it though they gambled offline with me one time. I don't think they will always be easy to gamble even though it's just an online casino, because every individual has a different view of gambling. Yeah, in my experience I successfully invite my friend to use an online gambling instead of land base casinos as most of them are close due to lock-down that is happening in our country right now.
