@Koil, I have seen your PM yesterday, but I have not been able to grant your request in PM.

Of course I also have to agree and follow comments from other members in this thread about how you buy (Amazon gift cards), leading to scams.

At first glance I see @Heisenberg63 already clarified in this thread against the accusations you mention.

Long story short I have to agree with @dkbit98's conclusion in this case.

Conclusion:
I am not going to do anything in this case unless I see more real members reporting issues with his service or gift cards.
Note that I am not going to pay attention to any newly created accounts starting to write new scam accusations against him.

Maybe, if anything changes at a later date and some of the members who are in this thread decide, let me know I will do as they did.

regards
Yoshie.

Surprise surprise, that I was among the group of ''lucky'' members who received PM from OP asking me to check out his report, and to ''mark this scammer'' (in his own words).

This is what I have to say after reading most of the stuff that was written in this topic, including silly accusation that suchmoon is some kind of partner of Heisenberg63.
I don't know how Heisenberg63 is getting those cards and I don't really care, but OP received exactly what he ordered, and what happened after that is not the fault of person who sold him gift cards.
Maybe the root problem is that Amazon noticed something strange happening with to many gift cards being used by same account, that is just my speculation.

Conclusion:
I am not going to do anything in this case unless I see more real members reporting issues with his service or gift cards.
Note that I am not going to pay attention to any newly created accounts starting to write new scam accusations against him.

I appreciate it man. This is what I am trying to make him understand but he insisted to accuse me as a scammer over here.

I feel the OP's situation but after accusing me here as a scammer, He asks for help on telegram and anyways I am trying to help him but he keeps accusing me for nothing and he wants me to pay for his bad decisions.

EDIT: I would like to thank all who supported me while I was away even they do not know me and I still feel sorry for him and trying to help him to get his account back anyways.

Hi OP I have also received a PM about tag this user.
First of all I am sorry your account has been locked.
In this scenario I don't see evidence of scam since cards correctly working and have been accepted by amazon.
After these operations your account has been restricted.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=G7KXB4EYEHXZRUMA
However did you have seen their Terms and conditions? I think you have violated a couple of their rules and however they can restrict an account based on "their" discretion...

Likewise just looking the first one and so on ....

Is that how you treat people who were scammed ? Cheesy I bet you got bullied a lot in your life dude.
And there is no "if" but seems like you reading whatever you want to read Smiley
There is no other reason to lock my account because of those cards. They were obtained illegal.
What's the reason to defend so aggressive the person who scammed me ? Is he your partner?

You asked me to come to this thread, and I'm telling you that you did not present proof of being scammed. I don't know you, nor do I know the person you're accusing.

Now you're accusing me, which also fits the pattern of you launching accusations with no proof.

There is proof that those cards made my account locked.
Why didn't MiLkz card didn't lock my account? Why any cards that i have used for 8 years straight didn't lock my account?
Since i start using his cards my account got fucked.

That's not proof. As sandy-is-fine said, it's much more likely that you got fucked because you're a massive idiot and added thousands of dollars worth of gift cards to your account.

Sadly that's not the only problem.
This is my personal account and if those cards were illegal obtained

"if" is not proof.

yes they are illegal obtained for sure

Oh, now you're sure. Ok then. Don't bother with proof.

It is 1000% legitimate scam accusation and there is all the proofs on it.
Proof of all conversation + matching payments at time + amount.

You have shown that you purchased something and I can believe that you did buy gift cards. There is no proof that you got scammed.

If you spend 10-15 mins reading it and matching everything, you will change your mind quickly

I did read it and I won't change my mind based on what I've seen.
There is proof that those cards made my account locked.

This is my personal account and if those cards were illegal obtained (which could be the case, otherwise there is no other reason to lock my account) they will come after me...
That's the sad part... That not only the money is the problem here..
And of course, you already said that you have worked with him from long time Smiley It is known here that people support whatever they want, even when it is obvious what happened here Smiley
Do whatever you want, at least i may warn other people to not get in my situation.
It is obvious that i won't receive a single cent refund for those ilegally obtained crads (And yes they are illegal obtained for sure! No matter who say what.) i hope at least i will save some people and Amazon won't come after be for using that kind of cards.
And yeah i was scammed!

Edit: Just another proof why this forum is going to bottom...
Everywhere you can read about bitcointalk is den of scammers and that hasn't changed since ages ( because i read reports from ages about that forum).
Just because there is games around like (oh thats my bro, oh thatss my friend) and scams are not moderated, this forum is long time dead, especially the marketplace.
Sadly there is still retards like me ( oh yeah i am retard for sure falling for this) still naive and being fucked Smiley

Hey OP, I just received a message from you to tag  Heisenberg63, but I can't make any rush decision because;

1. I even have no idea about dealings involving Amazon gift cards. Heck, I don't even frequent the digital goods board. So I can't make a quick judgement on something I am ignorant about.

2. If I may ask, What exactly proves that the cards Heisenberg63 sold to you got your account blocked? Did the Amazon support tell you that the blocked your account because of gift card A,B,C,D?

I received a PM from the OP as well, even though I have nothing to do with this, or Amazon gift cards in general. It looks more like a coordinated attack on someone rather than a legitimate scam accusation.
Actually it is not any personal attack or anything like that Smiley I pmed 20+ people that are active in the scamming section.
Wish it was an attack...
It is 1000% legitimate scam accusation and there is all the proofs on it.

1. Its okay, take your time to read and check everything.
2. This is the only cards that i have redeemed different thank MiLkz cards. And i have bought only from him and Milkz.
Based on my experience with MiLkz for many months, his cards never had problem to stake them.
Soon as i start buying Heisenberg cards i got that problem.
From last 2 years, that's the only cards i have put on my account, MiLkz and Heisenberg.
And i cannot count as "Bad luck" to get locked right after using cards only from Heisenberg.
As i said above, that's my personal account, used from many years, with my personal details and everything verified and confirmed...

Considering you sent me a PM I will respond here.  Not sure why your PM even got through because I don't accept PM's from newbies. I am not removing any feedback based on your report since Heisenberg63 has had a stellar record for years with me and many others.  That is NOT TO SAY it didn't happen butthere is a lot more to it.

Anyway, based on your story:
Did you try contacting Amazon?  If your account is legit and is aged (either one or both of those things which I am betting it is not) they will shut down your account after you add THOUSANDS of $$$ in gift card within a short period of time as you said you did. $8000? (I don't believe for a second he sold you $8000 in cards) is totally insane to dump into an account new or old in a short time. That didn't (or doesn't) mean the cards are bad it means the person doing that dumb move had very little common sense.  My Amazon account is 22 years old and was shut down once about a year ago after adding 4 gift cards  but after first chatting then calling them they opened it again and apologized. I highly doubt you have done that.

That being said, anything is possible but at this time I'm going with cockpit (user) error. Just you PM'ing me saying he is a scammer doesn't do it for me AT THIS TIME.

My account is 8+ years old, under my name my address and everything.
I have used it personally till the time i start buying cards from him.
I emailed amazon and i got this answer: https://imgur.com/a/JVqzsmc
My account will remain locked and it got in that situation just because i used those cards.
I did mistake typing 8k in first place, because my hands were shaking (which is normal) for losing that kind of money

My FINAL comment to you about this:

I fully understand your feelings of frustration however nowhere in that email does it say the cards were stolen so it proves nothing but only reinforces my opinion that you fucked up by putting in too many at once and it raised security suspicions from their AI system.  If they were stolen cards you most certainly would have heard (and possibly seen the police at your front door).  I understand your frustration (I had been scammed a number of times but not for a very large amount).  Heisenberg63 has a long and good reputation so it will take a lot for me to believe he intended to scam you. Now that is **MY** opinion and of course I could be wrong but I doubt it.  No one can babysit what you do with the codes once you get them.  Sorry you lost your money.
From my viewpoint ( a buyer view point)
There is only only way to explain this to myself and that there is something wrong with the cards he selling me.
So far for 8 years i never had problems with my account.
I have bough also cards from trusted Amazon seller here (MiLkz) and never had issues.
Soon as i start buying cards from the guy i report, my account get in that position.
I don't know shit about Amazon and how the things should be used/redemeed or anything like that.
I am just a simple buyer who have lost ton of money because someone's cards.
If he know something more than me, as seller, he should explain me how to stay safe using his cards in first place.
So yeah, i blame him for my lost, and all the cards he sold me, because they made my account locked and nothing else.
I don't want anyone to babysit my balance, all i wanted to buy is legit cards that i can stack on my account so i can buy my dream stream setup.
And there is not a single reason in earth that any company Amazon, Walmart or any, to disable your account if your source of funds (giftcards) or whatever you use to buy stuff from them are obtained legally.
No one lock/block or anything like that their legit cusomers.
So no one can also force me to believe those cards were all alright.
If that was the case, i won't be posting any reports

I am not here to fight with you but I hate being called as a scammer while I insisted that I would help you and I still will try to help although the cards were 100% clean and all of my buyers can prove that not even me.
I know i lost 10,000. From what i calculated i have lost the amount i said above.
I wasn't sure how many cards were yours, how many cards were MiLk cards and how many i had left.
All i had in front of my eyes was buying the dream streaming computer, monitors and all that every retarded streemer needs for his stream...
I needed just like 2-2500 more to get the total amount and buy everything at once.
I did not receive any instructions that i should not stack my balance (What the fuck is the reason that i shouldn't stack balance if the cards are legit? ) or any instructions to use them right after i redeem them.
I am just a normal buyer without your Amazon lifestyle selling cards experience.
And if there is anything i needed to know, as seller who takes money from me, you should have explained me everything to be safe.

First of all do not call me a scammer, I never scammed you or anybody else on bitcointalk and everyone who dealt with me can vouch for me.

I sold the working cards to him and I did not know that you are keeping them in his account. I did not sell $8k of cards to him of course because Amazon DE is not my main cards so I guess I only have sold $3k - $4k only (I am going to check my records for that) and he kept asking for cards and I have delivered them to him as I thought he knows how to deal with amazon and of course no one will sit with this huge amount of cards in his account.

Obviously he bought other cards from other guys which may or may not have sent him any card that could did this issue but he keeps saying that I sold him this much of cards and only me and without any proof of this.

The OP does not even want to talk to the customer service again after I will get the receipts for him and he so lazy to do that but he can post a detailed report against me which does not make any sense but just he wants to ruin my business.

The source of the cards is legit and I have been selling these cards for a very long time, I did not get any issue like that because of my cards and always it was amazon detecting the unusual activity because redeeming too many cards in a short period means it will trigger their bots and of course these cards were obtained from many people who pays with them as some account upgrades and payment as subscription on some website so amazon will detect it when he redeemed too many cards at once and even he did not tell me that he is keeping these cards in his account without using them then he moved to some more cards for another order.

Again I am not a scammer and I told him that I can work with him to try to get his account back but he decided just to report me and I still can try to help him if he wants to cooperate instead of calling me a scammer.

First of all you scammed me and we both know that Smiley MiLk is familiar with the situation no matter he will support you or not.
It is your responsibility as seller to explain me i should not keep any amounts like that because i am just a normal buyer not familliar with things like that.
Secondly, don't tell me i have bought cards from anyone else, because your cards and MiLk cards are the only cards that go to my account from 2021 to the current day.
I can match every single chat conversation with him and you (when did i ask both of you for cards) and i never ever had conversation about amazon cards. It is common sense that i won't be willing to pay that high % as you selling me if i was buying from unknown sources.
If i wanted to buy cheap and take risk, i would never pay you that %. So your claims for using cards from different people makes no sense and it is not true.
I can buy any amount of stolen giftcards for 40% if that's what i wanted.
I not only wanted but did try to talk with the customer service by the only way i can (via email) and you can see the screenshot above what i was told by the customer service. So this claim is also false.
And of course i will report you just in case you not going to scam quit, at least i can save few more people right?
If you wanted to work with me to fix the issue, you would continue to work with me no matter the report.
But after i reported, you ended the conversation in Telegram also threaten me that if i report that would be the end of the cooperation to help me (which can be found in the screenshots above)
