They will do research on the projects they do IEO or direct listing into regular and DEX exchanges but definitely will skip that part of showing advertisements. Even Google do displays potential scam things because it is individual's responsibility to take care against scamming/hacking attempts.But, Theymos will not entertain scammy things for advertising in this forum. I remember one gambling house was rejected just for the reason of shady behaviors.
