Yes, it's true that Bitcoin users don't like Facebook very much because of his privacy issues and several other reasons.
Moreover, consider that WhatsApp too ( which, as you already know, is property of Zuckerberg) is  not widely used by Bitcoiners... most of us prefer Telegram or Kontalk as instant-messaging mobile apps.

I can see the FB groups related to Bitcoin are not so Big. Probably none has 1M members. Is it the fact that Bitcoiners are opposed to FB ?

Yes, there is a significant part of the Bitcoin community that is against FB. Reason is that they are above-average intelligent and value privacy.

You will never see me joining the Zuckerberg empire.

In his book of 1844 "The Duality of the Mind" Arthur Wigan catalogued several cases he had come across whereby individuals who had remained apparently unremarkable in life were found at post mortem to have had one cerebral hemisphere destroyed by disease.
Over a period of twenty years he collected many such instances, concluding that each hemisphere on its own could support consciousness.

Why do I mention it ?

Because, to a man, they all fuckin loved Facebook  Wink
