Well we are still currently on the bear market, bull was takes 3 year before it happen again, there is no confirmation yet as you can see on the chart of bitcoin we don't have strong support to start the bull market let us wait for the confirmation before we declare that it was a bull market, it was too far on the 20000$ compare on the year 2017 everything was on the process.We can say bear market is end when the price of most crypto currencies increase 50% growth from the lowest price for now it looks like we already hit those numbers so we can assume that bull market is already begun.
I've totally agree with this statement for now we are still on the bear market, and the marketcap was still low to have a bull market, and if we hit the 50% that was totally the bull.
