If we see a downfall when it comes to the prices of oil then we can say that it is in fact a big factor in its downfall. Electronic cars are only a small percentage of the total machines that uses oil to run and operate. As of now it will not have a great effect.

Gasoline is used in used in other industries besides the cars. Moreover, the electric cars are not so popular yet. So, although the electric cars will probably harm to the oil industry for obvious reasons, I suspect that it wouldnt be so meaningful to destroy the industry or something like that.

it seems so because if you use electrical energy then the oil companies are not too in use again and surely they the oil entrepreneurs will be scared and bankrupt. therefore the oil company strictly prohibits the existence of electric cars.

Maybe yes.But the thing is,cars are not the only one who uses gasoline,there also machineries that uses gasoline.Gasolines demand,will just be lessen due to use of electric cars,but will not totally lose it.And besides not all people chooses electric cars.Some people still uses cars that are gasoline powered.

No. Oil industry will not go down. I've read some article between comparing the car that uses gas and car that uses electricity. This is the difference of the two, if we use car that uses gas it is still convenient but somehow we need to reduce those cars to control the global warming. But when we use cars that uses electricity, it just the same. We all know that some company that produces electricity uses gas to create electricity and it much worse to our environment because some of the company produces a black smoke unlike the car that produce only a little smoke. So I think cars that uses gasoline will not eliminated as well the oil industry.

I wonder what will happen next? after we know that using oil in cars is polluting the environment and possibly draining it, then we want to shift to electric cars, what will be the next that we will extract underneath the earth and pollute the earth?

Yes they are bad in oil industry because they will no longer buy oil because they use solar pannels to earn electrical energy to use it as substitue for oil.

the existence of electric cars will certainly affect the fuel industry badly. will lead people to use less fuel. but it should be noted that many natural resources are also being destroyed for electricity generation. Solar energy is the least harmful technology for humanity.

of course, I read an article that the inventor of the first electric car was not supported by the oil businessman and the oil businessmen were scared if their oil did not sell and was not worth anymore.

every thing must have a positive and negativ impact. electric cars, a new technology in the field of automotive is indeed very innovative, and certainly can reduce pollution and more environmentally friendly than cars that still use oil and fuel. however, the downside is that there will be many oil factories close and will certainly increase the number of unemployed. this is a difficult choice. how do you think, electric cars that are environmentally friendly, or a lot of unemployed because oil factories close?

yes there is a bad effect for the oil industry,how can they move if they do not have an income,maybe not all cars are electric and the others are gasoline then the oil industry can move to there product.

Yeah we know that it could affect to the oil industry and maybe the pricr of oil industry will go down.
However if we have an electric cars and motors our nature will be safer than gasoline smoke. Because they make electric vehicles to protect our nature and if the oil is gone or we dont have any supply we will not panic because we have a new inventions to replace the oil industry.

Some other point yes, it affects oil industry but there is a good effect in our environment, some of cars are producing pollution,. Nevertheless, it won't leaving the oil because not all cars replace with electrics vehicle so, it will not very much affected.

loss of oil industry ya somewhat ,but what they will do when oil sources are going to extinct are they gonna be in lost then,and environmentalist say if this rate of consumption keeps going up it won't last more than 50-60 years, max to max 100 years if efficient usage is started.But if you see petrol,diesel destroying our planet what will oil industry do if do not have a good planet to live in, electric cars are step towards sustainable development and its for benefit of the planet we live in , we have to look beyond loss of particular industry , and its usage is not going to be totally finished will decreased and sources will last longer,keeping industries to run for long time.
