I think scam project work as a filter for people who came to krypto without knowledge, just to make quick money. Its purge all with rouse glasses and make them actually learn something first

I completely agree to the point "Scam projects are killing glory of genuine projects" and current scenario is same. There are lots of scam projects all around which are eating investor's money making investors to hesitate in investing in crypto projects resulting overall downfall of the cryto market. Scam projects are making money in a short time but they are killing the whole cyrpto market that is why some regulation is really required in crypto space but due to its decentralize nature its a bit difficult to implement any regulations for crypto projects. Cyrpto community just need to act against such scams to save the crypto market.

Scam project has a big effect here in crypto world. Because of those scam project that are together mix at the legit project, investors and participant will hard to detrrmined the legit and scam project so they will be afraid to join even in the legit project. It will set as a limitation to us,as a participant because we afraid to be a victim of scam.

Yes it is really killing the entire crypto space because of scam projects, investors losing interest to invest in crypto that is why we're facing bad condition in the market. There is no way to stop them, but the only way to prevent scamming is to research the project so be wise.

Yes, it is, scam projects should not exist anymore. If those companies just try or just experiment their projects and not thoroughly planned the steps in their projects should not continue in launching. Because most scammers pollute new investors minds and make a reason to make bitcoin not to be accepted globally.

If there are many scam project still running in out there, that will makes investors leave the projects and don't want to invest in any project. They will prefer to hold their money and use it to buy another thing that will give them profit.

We are difficult to stop the scamming because we don't know who they are, and we only know if they are scammers after they got much money and then run away.

The rate at which scam projects are emerging in recent times in crypto is greatly generating reluctancy in many crypto enthusiasts to continue with crypto business . Many are coming up with the opinion that crypto is about to vanish. There is great fear in the heart of many investors now to proceed with their investments into crypto projects. If we say there will be an end to scam in crypto we may just be deceiving ourselves because the more there are original products of any good, the more the counterfeit ones are  likely going to emerge as well. All we need to be doing is to be very observant and careful. There could be awareness programs been created on various social media platforms for crypto enthusiasts to know how to discover and recognize scam projects.

I think so, many of my friends who don't dare to invest or learn cryptocurrency because they hear a lot of fraud here.
I think we should start improving the crypto image by teaching and adopting it slowly.

Nobody wants to enter the industry where people are getting scammed every day. Imagine a serious investor that wants to enter the stock market and the only thing that he reads about the stock market is that the every second company is a scam.

The sca projects can really influence the trust and convenience for the investors to try investing in other projects again. But, this is also available to be used as one of the ways to be more careful and as a lesson for future investment. Many investors have experienced being scammed. Therefore, thye will be strict enough to select which project to invest next, based on analysis and other research again.

In my opinion, I don't think they are killing the entire crypto space but rather they are killing their project themselves. Those who are scam ones will easily get ignored by the users. Now that it is easy to spot a potential scam project, most of them will not advance their scamming tactics. Those who are genuine will thrive and find their niche in the crypto market. I have high hopes with legit blockchain projects that will truly revolutionize our digital age.
But fake projects make investor confidence decrease, making it more selective in using their funds. Lay people will increasingly assume that cryptocurrency is dangerous and very risky. So I think the project scams are enough to affect the crypto space.
However, strong and truly high-quality projects will shine and will automatically form attractive ecosystem niches. Not affected by other scam projects.

I think it should be for investors before investing or funding a more upward program to more carefully read and understand the concepts of the program. and sarn I should do the sending of funds or add funds to support a program after the program runs and complete half of their targets. because if the project on the halfway of the completion target hasn't yet gotten word of sales reaching its target, I'm sure it's just a scam project that is only used to get rich by the development team.

Waaay too many ICO scams. I personally don't invest in ICO projects for this very reason, since they are typically not launched fairly.

Look at ARK for instance. One of the WORST performing coins. Due to their ICO, a lot of early investors bought the majority of the coins, and dumped the price to where it is right now, being able to buy the coin at 1 cent. Not saying it's "unfair" to be an early investor, but if a few people control most of the coins, it's not really that decentralized anymore.

There are a few gems out there, who launched fairly, one of them which I'm eyeing is Stakenet. Very interesting project due to the milestones they already set thus far, considering they launched in the middle of the bear market (March 2018).

First POS coin with Segwit, Masternodes, Atomic Swaps, And Lightning
Inventor of TPOS (Trustless Proof Of Stake)
Helped Litecoin implementing Lightning on mainnet, which was a cool collaboration, besides that they fixed a major flaw in the PIVX seesaw mechanism between masternodes and stakers.
3rd project to implement lightning on mainnet next to BTC and LTC.

Their Lightning DEX is the most exciting part of it all however, but I'll let you guys do your own research on it, only thing I'll say is that it beats most DEX solutions out there Smiley

Peace out!

That is the fact, investor confidence is declining because many projects are fake and lead to scams. Nothing can protect us but ourselves. In-depth analysis is needed before deciding to get involved in a project. But don't worry, strong and truly good projects will always emerge, as blockchain adoption is increasingly being used to increase the effectiveness of various fields. A strong project with a good strategy and product will surely be crowded in the news, don't miss it.

I agree with you to an extent, yes scam projects exists in their numbers but I don't think they are killing the entire crypto space rather they are dragging us behind because most of us lacks idea to point a number of them thus patronising them even the more.
So if we should start giving more attention to those upcoming projects but with clear definition on what they want to offer, experienced team and preferably working MVP as well as those few projects still existing and are really working hard to bring about change in this space as well as the world then we would go far. Nevertheless, I still believe the crypto space will be great, it is just a matter of time.

It is people who support scams that are killing crypto space. There many projects that are trying hard and are decent but people will rather flock to just anything they see. I am not even sure what most bounty hunters choose as their criteria as which projects to support. Investors I have seen have some special sites for ICO investing. You even just pass KYC once and can invest as you wish. No one really talks about these things because those making money will not tell you how.

Of course yes. Scam projects are already killing the markets. If so many projects that did ICO last year are still working today, you can be sure we won't be seeing cryptocurrency prices tumbling as it is today. But too many scam projects will scare investors away. Most people in crypto today are those that have been in it for a long time or those who made money during the last 2017 bull run

The number of fraudulent projects is many, even up to over 95%. This makes it difficult for good projects to convince investors to participate. Since many scams from ICOs happened, some governments decided to ban the use of this method to raise capital, which adversely affects good projects.
for now, avoiding project scams, and not giving them space is possible. find out about it, and give that information to everyone. conversely, when finding an interesting project, and of course the truth is close to 100%, it is also worth informing. the point is, we need to provide information to others about the speculation we get, along with the evidence. that's probably the closest way for now.
regulation is very important for this, it's just that until now there is no regulation that can really make a scammer disappear.
