Hi guys,

So, my neighbor's wife works as a customer attendant in one local casino some miles away from where we live, a day before yesterday (which was Monday) was her birthday, she didn't go to work that day because the casino management to rest and enjoy with her family, she went to work yesterday being Tuesday, she came back in the evening and was so happy, so, me and her husband trying to find out what was the reason for her happiness, she announced to us that the casino management gave her a $150 voucher,.

We celebrated with her, because $150 is quite a nice sum of money when converted to our local currency.
We call it a worker or a staff bonus, and offline casinos are profitable business so they are generous in giving bonuses to their staff on their special day, other companies are doing the same, in our company the management is workers a paid day off to worker who's celebrating their birthday, your neighbor's wife is lucky to receive a huge amount of money.

This incident caused  me to begin to wonder is there are any online casinos that actually celebrate their user's birthday by giving them such bonus on their birthday?
I am interested to know if there be any casino like that?
On all the many casinos I've played only one casino gave me bonus in my birthday and its a local casinos, the bonus is free spins, that's the kind of bonuses online and offline casinos gave to their users but to their workers they are more generous because they help run the company to be profitable.

There are over 8 billion people in the world and there are 365 days in a year. For each of this 365days in a year, there are humans who have their birthdays every day. Casion is a business and casinos have to stay profitable. If a casino has a birthday bonus for customers, they are going to run out of business within a month. In fact that will be a stupid promotional and marketing strategy.

I like that the casinos recognize and celebrated the birthday of their employee in a special way. There will be increase in work satisfaction and motivation to work from their employees. They also watch it that it doesn't spur gambling addiction in their staff,
I think they will be other casino offering such bonuses even aside Stake and BK8.
Casino will not go bankrupt because of this not every users will be eligible to receive this bonus, even after Kyc and this bonus may come with some terms and conditions that will not allow users to redeem the money without placing bet while others will win and earn more but alot of others will also lost their bonus though still yet this will make such users continue to use such casino, since alot of individuals loves those customers treatment at special occasions like birthday

Unless it's a physical casino, I wouldn't mind it but so far, I haven't seen any online casinos that are a giving that kind of bonus because birthdays are a personal info if I recall and I don't think that it's a really good idea that they know about that kind of information right? Maybe if they do KYC but I don't think that they'll ever care about that kind of bonuses anyway maybe you'd get some sort of bonus spin or gambling credit but that's not going to help you in increasing your chances of winning.
Yes, that's true because there is direct contact in physical casinos so fellow employees can meet and talk after they finish work. Giving bonuses is very possible considering that superiors and employees can often meet so this will provide emotional closeness between superiors and employees. This also happens in other business fields where employees have birthdays and get birthday greetings from fellow employees and can also get bonuses from the company. This is a form of concern from the company for its employees.

Hi guys,
This incident caused  me to begin to wonder is there are any online casinos that actually celebrate their user's birthday by giving them such bonus on their birthday?

A quick answer to your question will be a yes because I have received several bonuses from some online casinos where I frequently play games, on my birthday last year, about three of the online casinos I do use to gamble did gave me free voucher on my birthday with wich I was allowed to gamble and not redeemable so I used them and I lost one and won with the other two, basically if you use these casinos often enough and your cumulative deposit on these casinos is quite tangible it's very likely they will give you such bonuses, it may come a s a free bet or maybe a voucher depending on the casinos policy on how the handle such.

For your neighbor's wife it may be a bonus for her because she works there of which it's common amongst most organizations to celebrate their staffs as the wish to because you didn't mention if she was a gambler so it's mostly like a benefit she got as a staff.

Speaking of online casinos, I'm happy to share that there are a few that offer birthday bonuses to their loyal customers. While the value of the bonus may not be as high as the $150 voucher your neighbor's wife received, it's still a nice gesture that can add to the excitement of your birthday celebration. Some of the online casinos that offer birthday bonuses are Stake, Bitsler and Riobet. Stake offers a $25 bonus, Bitsler offers a chest based on your VIP level, and Riobet offers a $50 bonus. It's important to note, however, that you must complete the verification process in order to receive the bonus.

I don't think any casino site in online casino can give you any kind of bonus for your personal reasons. I have never seen such a site.  If your wife got a bonus for something like this from a gambling platform then it is lucky for her. To be honest I have not seen any such site till now. I don't even know if anyone on this forum is familiar with such a site. However, casino sites may give you a bonus on the occasion of their side's anniversary or something else. Which is done by different sites in different events.

It is likely that online gambling will only provide ordinary bonuses and ordinary promotions to attract the attention of many people, except for other games such as battleground or moba games, maybe the company will hold a company anniversary bonus. because I think just the bonuses they provide can attract many customers to gamble, but another thing that is clear is that existing gambling companies will only provide bonuses and promotions as usual, that's for sure.

However, with offline gambling or physical gambling, maybe this could happen because they definitely want to make the visitors who come feel pleasure apart from the winnings they get from gambling. because in my opinion, physical casinos do not only rely on gambling but also on keeping customers comfortable in the gambling casino.
You are right, when it comes to looking after customers, taking care of them to ensure they are always well motivated to keep playing on the same casino, offline casinos sure have more responsibility in this regard than online casino.
I mean I've read a story of an offline casino that had luxury apartments with 24 hours electricity, free internet connection, free food, drinks and so on, for their customers, but the thing is that, this apartments arent just given to any customer, the casino reserve this apartment for only players who win huge amount of money from the casino, for example, a players who wins let's say $50,000 and above from that casino will be offered the apartment for free, and they often present it in a way the offer will be way too good for the customer to reject it, after the customer accepts and starts living there for the duration given to him, the casino will then ensure that that customer is gambling every day so that they can get back all that money the customer won from them.
Lolz 😂. Even casinos have strategy.

that's true, however offline casinos will do things that will benefit themselves in any way, including as you said, it is a casino strategy to take back the winnings that their customers have earned even though not directly by gambling, but by them stopping by. in the apartment provided by the casino means they have entered into the strategy carried out by offline casinos. because if their customers get the winnings, they might panic a little if that person decides to take the winnings home by not choosing the options provided by the casino. Cheesy

In my opinion, we really have to gamble smartly, what we have to do is when we win at an offline casino, we have to cash it in and go home, with that, I think it is a smart action, indeed by doing what you say, it is not wrong either because it is This is their individual right, but if you do what you say, it is very likely that the casino company will take back the winnings that have been obtained indirectly.

Gambling sites can easily know your date of birth unless it is not a KYC gambling site. If it is a KYC gambling site, your data of birth can easily be known from the documents like Driver's license, National identity card or international passport that you provided the gambling site.

I do not know of land based casinos because many people may not be verified and be gambling. It depends on the country though.

But generally speaking, casinos have other ways to attract customers and I have not seen this as one of their options.

I've never had one, but as far as I remember I've read about players getting gifts from casinos on their birthdays and because I don't often read about it, it's very possible that it's because not many casinos have policies like that or because the gifts given aren't big so customers don't feel as something interesting to talk about and so on.
Every bonus given by a casino usually has rules that must be met to be able to withdraw it and if there is a casino that does not implement these then it can be said to be a generous casino.
In your case, it is clear that she got a birthday gift not as a player but as a worker, so the case is different, that's why she can freely withdraw it, but as a player there will definitely be rules that must be met before you can withdraw.

As long as I have been gambler using online gambling sites, I have never come across casino that gives bonuses to customers who are celebrating their birthdays.
But if it casino birthday bonus then obviously various casinos definitely apply bonuses like this and of course almost all casinos have given bonuses on every day of their celebration.
After all, why do casinos give bonuses to customers who are having birthdays, this is not profitable and this does not have big impact on the casino.

I sure there isn't and if there was it would probably be very interesting, but it still impossible that there would be casino that gives this kind of bonus.

I don't understand this, but it seems like if it's a customer, I think it's impossible for a casino to give gift vouchers to its users who have birthdays because if there are a lot of customers and almost every day someone has a birthday, it's the same as being detrimental to the casino owner himself, bonuses and bonuses vouchers are usually only offered during promotions or on big holidays and not giving gift vouchers to customers who have birthdays.
It will be very easy to understand buddy. Like when they will give this bonuses to all user of their casinos then they will also put a hard terms and conditions so that not everyone will receive or can directly withdrawal to their bank account. If the casino added up specific amount of wager requirement then it can be also hard for winning to the users. So it can be also a marketing strategy for casino to give voucher there users as a birthday bonuses.

From the quote you told, it seems like your friend wife is not a customer but an employee who works at the casino. So it is normal for her to get a voucher bonus on the site because of her hard work while working there and thats what interesting about working on a gambling platform. Apart from getting a big salary, you will definitely get other bonuses if you are able to attract more customers to the gambling platform.

I think you are somewhat wrong or you are confusing two different things. Your friend's wife is an employee at a casino company and is not one of the users. Even if she was a user, meaning she had a user account in her name, the reward was received on the basis that she was an employee and not a user.

I find it normal for companies to give incentive grants to employees on or without an occasion, and your friend’s wife is lucky to work in one of them.
At the same time, it is very difficult (not to say impossible) for a casino to reward its users on the basis of each one of them celebrating his birthday. This will be a huge scheme with no significant benefits since it will include all accounts or even only active accounts. These budgets can be saved for more important offers with better returns.

Your neighbor's wife is not a gambling site or a local casinos user or customer, she is a worker there.

The local casino gave her gift card that is worth $150. This is common in organizations people are working. Companies can give their workers gift card during birthday or during Christmas and other celebrations.

Good checking on details it's a worker bonus, not a user bonus our brother @Fivestar4everMVP could have used a different title for his discussion, I have not received a birthday on all the sites I'm playing with maybe because I'm not a VIP or a high roller to deserve one, but on offline casinos, I know that the platform is very generous to their patron.
But if ever they gave you a birthday bonus it is not a huge amount and it is for them to remind you to play in their casino if you're not playing for a long time, there's no free lunch on gambling there's always an agenda.
You're lucky if you received one and you made good of it by winning a good amount of money with that birthday bonus.

I see, the whole story just makes sense. The eligibility to have that bonus is possible because she is locally employed at that casino. I think most physical casinos do have birthday perks. Not just in casinos but also in other industries as well.

As per talking about online casinos with that perks, some sites also give birthday bonus but as far as I know, not it will reach over $100 or even $20 lol. The birthday bonus amount also depends on the user's account level which is obviously, the higher the level, the better the rewards.

Almost the entire online local casinos here in our country do have birthday bonuses. Not sure to some crypto-casinos.

There are some online casinos offering birthday bonus feature to its customers, including some accepting Bitcoin, but they are all minor unknown casinos, so I'm not going to share them here, because I don't have any clue about their legitimacy. With so many online casinos nowadays we have to be careful to not fall for scams. I really don't know why the bigger platforms haven't offered this kind of bonus yet, because it doesn't seem a big investment from their side, although for gamblers it can make total difference when choosing where to deposit their money.

I would like to see the main crypto gambling houses, especially the ones being promoted on this forum, giving birthday giveaways to their customers. Maybe introducing something like a wheel where they could get from 5$ to 50$ or free spins on slots games could be an interesting idea. Of course there would be lots os cheaters trying to take advantage of the feature, but I guess KYC requirement in order to be able to claim the reward would solve the issue, or it could be a bonus destined to old veteran players from the platform exclusively.

After all, it's all a matter of supply and demand. If the casino is under heavy demand, hardly ever they are going to put more supply available for gamblers, that is, more bonuses and giveaways. On the other hand, if the casino needs to increase its userbase, then marketing department may start thinking on introducing such ideas.

I remember seeing stake.com having "Birthday Bonus" for gamblers on their gambling site who have done KYC, though I am not sure if the bonus is for everyone who has done KYC or if the gambler needs to be on a certain VIP rank. if stake.com has this kind of bonus, I am pretty there are other online casinos that have this kind of bonus too, I mean, it is a great way to let their gambler's know that they are appreciated.

Your topic title says users not casino worker's. However it's common for organisations to celebrate one of their own as a staff particular for one that is diligent with their duties in the workplace. So if a casino decides to celebrate a birthday of their staff in that special way to the extend of giving the staff an off day to go rest from work addition to a voucher worth $150 then that's great and recommendable.

I know about giving off days to workers maybe if they just had their wedding but not birthdays so this case is really interesting and such show of love from the casino to their workers could serve a catalyst of a moral booster and encouragement for workers to bring out the best in them in delivering their responsibilities at workplace which will in turn in increase productivity in the organization at all levels.

Its seems that your friend wife is lucky that she might able to work on that kind of casinos. Because she was able to withdraw that gift immediately on her bank account. Because in case on reality if any gambling websites and  casinos brings these kinds of offers there must be a rule to wager for withdrawing that gift fund

I received a lot of sportsbook offers on my birthday, which is equivalent to receiving free money. It's easy to convert sportsbook bonus bets into actual profits if you know hwat you are doing with matched betting.

These are fiat sportsbooks though, so the situation may be different for crypto based firms.

It's more unlikely that they offer these bonuses given the degree of multiaccounting that could go on. Same thing goes with first deposit bonuses, etc. Your account is simply worth more to a fiat casino/sportsbook than to a crypto one.
